Amazing customer service! Had a package that had been misrouted and delivered to the wrong place. Several team members quickly identified the issue and worked to find the package and get it to me later in the day.

I have had challenges in the past, but today was such a positive experience, I had to post. They were very helpful and expedient. I do think some of the processes are a antiquated--- but that is not specific to Catonsville.
