“Kudos to M's Bri, and Mr. Steve. I visited their Eastern Avenue location, after two unsuccesful attempts vis TMobile care to attempt to locate or verify the delivery of my new iphone. The requested information was complex, as I am an authorized user on the account, and the account holder is currently unreachable and ooc. No sensative or personal information was requested. I simpley needed to know when and how my new phone was expected to be delivered! TMobile Customer care could not resolve the issue!
M's Bri and Mr. Steve sifted through the red tape and actually got the tracking number and destination for my phone. NOTE: I did not buy the phone from this location, yet, the team, Bri & Steve, bent over backwards to SOLVE MY ISSUE. Thank You TMobile, for providing this exemplary level of service.”
