Nothing doesn’t ever get done about the mice problem except they just have maintenance come to lay down traps. THE TRAPS ARE USELESS. I’ve made numerous reports about it & nobody cares.

Mr. Charles was prompt in response to my maintenance request to replace 3 shades. He was quick, left notice he was in my home & I am very satisfied, again, with placing maintenance requests. Quite confident in our maintenance team! Thank you!
