“My boyfriend and I were literally facing homelessness with our 2 year old daughter due to a different leasing office screwing us over out of our move in date. However , when we found kings mill apartments they took us in with open arms and got us approved & moved in the same day! I can’t show my appreciation enough for this place. When we moved in we noticed a few minor things that needed to be repaired. Maintenance came out the same day and repaired everything!
I seen a TON of reviews saying they’re infested with mice & roaches so we were super nervous upon what we were getting ourselves into but we haven’t even seen a fly yet . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away from giving them a shot. Our neighbors are friendly and the office staff is super helpful !

“All good except every year I’ve run into this problem with the AC unit leaking upstairs. They come in in break the breakdown ceiling now then replace the back this year. They wiped it off and paint it over. I think they painted over top of mold and that is I think that is illegal. Everything else is good though.”
