“The Extra Space in of Federal Hil on, 1900 S Charles St, Baltimore, MD is clean, safe and exceptionally well run. There is ample garage parking that is both heated and cooled and will accommodate all personal vehicles sizes and several sizes of moving trucks. This facility is also equipped with very large rolling doors that close to keep you secure and separate from the elements as you move your goods. Having stored at other storage facilities where only outdoor parking is available, I can attest that being able to leisurely move one's goods without worry of being rained on or the wind blowing items away or melting in the midday summers' Sun makes this location immediately worth storing at. Furthermore, the interior of the building is spotless and kept pest fee and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The manager of this property, Ms. Yvette is treasure trove of information. She is quite knowledgeable about Extra Space products, policies and procedures and can answer nearly any reasonable question one could ask about their company. Moreover, if she does not know the answer to your inquiry, I have first hand witnessed that she will go out the way to get that information swiftly and efficaciously. Also, both Ms. Yvette and the other employee at this location, Ronald, are kind, courteous and care about each and every person that stores with them. In fact, Ms. Yvette calls me and others by name and speaks politely every time she sees us. Indeed, this is a good and safe place to store your valuables and I DO trust this particular Extra Space with all my storage needs. I would definitely recommend storing with them.”

“The price is a little higher than other places, but they have no ridiculous hidden fees, u get a 1 time $50 late fee after 15days late. The ppl r really nice & helpful, they will call to remind u if ur late but don't hassle u... The facility is clean & secure, (u need to enter ur code twice to get in) They offer carts to help u move ur stuff. There is a elevator to get the the second floor. U drive into the building to get to the units, which in my opinion is very convenient. Temperature is decent, tho the 2nd floor gets pretty hot in the winter cuz the heater is kicking... I would definitely recommend using this place if ur looking for a storage place...they also have a guild on their website to help u figure out what size unit u might need to rent.”

It did show that it had gone back now my refund was reversed so I’m still being charged both times so I’m trying to find out why it was re-reversed and recharged. “Blair and Sam were attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. It's my first day on the lot and I went into the office to sign my agreements. There's an option to book online with no contact as well. Sam assisted me and made sure my code worked on the gate. Each new unit comes with a welcome kit including a new lock with 2 keys. If you have your own just return the lock so you won't be charged for it. I chose this spot for the half-off the first three months and the long access hours. Gate hours are 6am-10pm everyday including holidays. Glad I found an available unit in the size I needed.”
