“I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”

On my first test drive, I brought a Telluride to meet my wife at Target(we waited ~15 minutes for her, Dennis and I got to chat - super down to earth guy) and when we met up, my boys were hungry and not interested in a test drive. She didn’t even get to drive the vehicle, but Dennis offered to drive the Telluride back to Jones, instead of me taking it back or having her even take a quick drive, while my family got lunch. We met up after lunch, drove the vehicle together, and decided we each wanted one! Dennis made sure we got everything we wanted on each vehicle, that we got what we wanted for our trades. My VW Passat had high mileage (189,000 miles) and engine issues after bringing it in for service and I felt hopeless and he ensured me that he could get me into a new vehicle with no problem and that’s exactly what he did!!”
“Took a motorcycle here for inspection and the inspector was super strict. It was useful for finding minute problems that were overlooked prior to purchase, but a bit irritating to fail for a shortened brake lever or for the positioning for an aftermarket exhaust (which is in an identical position as the stock exhaust). If you have a modified bike, it may be worth taking it somewhere else. Nevertheless, the shop was professional and accommodating, providing the necessary feedback to allow me to easily correct the deficiencies with my motorcycle. I can only assume that this level of professionalism and knowledge would translate to their other services.”
