Got a L7s12 solo baric with a cxa800 watt rms amp with the bass knob installed took about 4 hours man they did great absolutely no trace of wires very professional. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“Overall it's a good 7-eleven, open all the time, and if you sign up and use the 7-Eleven wallet you save an extra 10 cents per gallon on gas and if not, still one of the least expensive gas stations in the area. Not usually out and about this early, especially on a Saturday, so I just read through what I voice to texted to be sure there weren't too many grammar issues haha.”
“This is such a great T-Mobile location. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Today, Tyler assisted me with an issue with my iPhone text messaging. He was patient and solved the problem in a few moments. I always recommend this particular location. They’re the best!!”

“This is my coffee spot ever morning. The night and morning staff are the best. There the first people I see everyday. I know the coffee is fresh and exactly the same daily. I occasionally stop in after work for a coffee at that time coffee is old and staff not so great.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”
“I stopped by to look for a TV. I had done a little research but hadn't decided on a particular model. I was assisted by Ben Kelley and what an amazing asset he is to that store and to the customers. He took the time to show me different TV models and did comparisons so I could clearly see the differences in the models and how they worked best for my needs. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and technology used in the TVs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped me pick out a mount and other items I needed.
He was a pleasure and I was very fortunate to be assisted by him.
Ben provided a wonderful customer service experience!

“This Is my Childhood Location of 7-11 that I've been Shopping and Eating from! The Staff has Always been Helpful, Friendly, and Kind to Me, My Siblings, Parents and Offspring! THE Store can use some updates and maintenance, but still stands the Test of Time! This is the only Location I ever come to for Slurpees, Good Pizza, Drinks and Snacks that does NOT empty my Wallet in this terrible Economy!”

“I went to the Bel Air Best Buy today to buy a Switch OLED and walked out with a new OLED switch + an open box tv (LG QNED class 80). The two guys that helped me (& my mom who came with me) were awesome. I wish we got their names before leaving but didn't think of it til we were already on our way home. But the two guys there were super helpful while I was deciding which model to purchase and were also honest as well which is super important for those of us who rarely drop $900 on a single purchase. They were friendly as well. I work in customer service too, so I truly appreciate when the staff are kind and don't feel like you're a bother when you ask them for help. The open box tag said no accessories; however, they checked in the back as it was a display tv and were able to find the mount and remote which was a huge help and saved me from having to buy those in addition to the tv. Great store with good deals and wonderful staff as far as I could tell from this experience. I'll be back for future purchases.”
