“Went to them after a recommendation from Carmax and ran into Evan who stated they were super busy and I would have to make an appointment but came out to look at my car anyway, he tried his personal cord in my car and his phone and to my surprise it worked (the Apple CarPlay) (I tried 6 cords and 2 appointments at carmax and couldn’t get it to work) I said what kind of cord do I need he went into detail (keep in mind he was slammed busy) about charging cords and data cords and decided to give me his personal cord and told me to have a great day!!! He could have easily sold me a cord or m made me an appointment but decided to help me out!!! Loved my experience!!! Thanks Evan!!!”

“I had been having trouble with my wall-mounted television, receiver and surround sound speaker system. Randy Perry from Impel Services came over and went right to work. He did a thorough check of my system. Switched a couple wires that were not going to the right components, replaced some batteries in the remotes, calibrated the volume on the speaker system, made sure my blu-ray player (which had stopped playing) was communicating with my television— all things that I would never have known how to do (or didn’t think to do), and in a little more than an hour everything was working beautifully. What’s even better, he patiently explained which buttons to push so I can hop back and forth between cable, apps, and all my physical media. Randy suggested I write everything down. So I did. My “cheat sheet” is next to my receiver. I’ll have it memorized soon. Can’t say enough good things about Randy. He knows his stuff, is incredibly patient with non-techies like myself, and is an all-around good guy. If you’re having trouble with your present television or thinking about installing a home theatre system, he’s the guy.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”

“This is my coffee spot ever morning. The night and morning staff are the best. There the first people I see everyday. I know the coffee is fresh and exactly the same daily. I occasionally stop in after work for a coffee at that time coffee is old and staff not so great.”

“Overall it's a good 7-eleven, open all the time, and if you sign up and use the 7-Eleven wallet you save an extra 10 cents per gallon on gas and if not, still one of the least expensive gas stations in the area. Not usually out and about this early, especially on a Saturday, so I just read through what I voice to texted to be sure there weren't too many grammar issues haha.”

“Recently my wife and I bought a pair of Apple Watches from Best Buy for store pickup. After infuriating talks with both Best Buy and or service provider over the phone, we returned to the actual store for help activating. I will say that one thing you’ll never get with online stores is the great customer service we received in the actual store. The phone tech guy, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. He calmly and professionally walked us through the process, and made us feel very welcomed. We even bought bigger straps and a case for our new Apple Watches solely based on how well he treated us. We will definitely be back, and ask for him by name for any future assistance we might need. Thanks again, Ryan!”

I went in for a shattered phone and when I tell you Danielle absolutely spent 2 hours with me and on the phone with customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure I left that store satisfied and with what I needed.
