“Dr. Gividen is great with my dog, who has a completely different personality when he is at the vet. He came from an abusive background and is very fearful. While at the vet, he has to be muzzled, and I give him meds before he arrives, but. Dr. Gividen and his staff are always good with him. They are efficient and get all of the “non-scary stuff“ out of the way before assessing him in areas that makes him fearful. They care about his well-being, don’t make me feel like they think he is a “bad” dog, and speak kindly to him while examining him. That means a lot to me and is just as important as the great medical care they give him.”

“I can’t thank Dr. Ball and Dr. Pierpont and the entire staff enough for the care they have given my senior cat. He has a few issues right now, and I had him there several days in the past 10 days. They always have time for him. Fit us in between appointments a few times, and have spent quality time assessing his condition. I never felt rushed or put off. They treated my Skippy like he was their only patient. This is a wonderful veterinary practice and truly the last of the great old fashioned vets.
