“Always great service here. Mike and Josh and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have excellent store picks- they are happy to let you sample. I was able to find a couple of elusive bottles of bourbon at a very reasonable price. 5 stars for sure!”
“Staff are very helpful and always a nice greeting whenever someone enters the store. They always load my car with purchases, which I very much appreciate. They also now sell propane, and it's less expensive than anyone else in the local area by several dollars.”
“This is a great place to get your drinks, the employees are great, the owner is an amazing guy and there is tons of variety at great prices.
The second I walked in there the first time I knew this was a welcoming place.”

“Owner is very friendly, store has great prices and is very clean, lots of parking and great selection of products, highly recommend this place, plus hours are great they are open very early and late every day and night!”
“Everything is right where you need it & the owner is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this store on the way to a boating day, picnic or rainy day at home!”
“Amazing selection, good prices, knowledgeable friendly staff! Like your neighborhood liquor store but much much better! Want to learn or try something new? Don't be intimidated - just ask!! ?”
“Friendly staff , always says hello and acknowledges me ,answered any questions I had. Has an ATM with $2 - 3 fee to use. They also sell cigarettes, juice ,sodas .”
“Always a pleasure to deal with any staff here. Prices are the best in the local area. Great selection and always willing to try and order for you if they don't have what you want in stock/inventory.
Absolutely love going here!”
“This is the epitome of the great county store...a good selection with a great focus on bourbons and craft beers, and great staff who ware friendly, truthful, and open to conversation about what you're buying, looking for, and your experiences with things they may not know about. If you're in Maryland and out taking the Scenic Tour byways and happen into Madonna, stop in, meet some good people with a good selection of adult beverages who are friendly and helpful. Their rewards program is about helping out the regular and local customers which is welcome for local people to get stuff regulated by distributors and the industry. You can find a great selection of things to choose from, so stop in and pick something up that make your life or travels memorable.”
“Love their convenience and that they’re open on Sundays. However, do not buy sour beer here! They’ve been on the room-temp shelves for months without proper refrigeration, especially frustrating for sour beers that have lactose in them and are vulnerable to deterioration and excess fermentation when warm. I risked buying a pack of sour beer recently and was very disappointed that the beers had gone bad due to being stored room-temperature for an undetermined amount of time in the store. I brought it to the cashiers attention that the cans are clearly marked “refrigerate,” but he said there’s not space to properly store them. Will keep coming back for other products due to convenience and close proximity.
*edited review to correct my wording as I was harsher than intended”
“Valley View Liquors is the place for those of us that are laid back and like good people. Might also have a or thermos that typically isn't used for coffee and the guys at this place will help you find a substitute without any side eye... I recommend signing up for the rewards too because even if you only go there every few months, once a week, once a day..I mean every couple days there's no judgement and they even don't get mad if you use your quarters. All those purchases add up and when you're grabbing the 3rd to cheapest vodka and they tell you you only owe ~$1 (*may vary), because surprise- reward day has come when least expected. It's a true family feeling and Zef, Terry (I miss Ryan) have no judgement to your face and they're pretty funny... And to top it off you can then get your gas, snacks, scratch offs, monsters, etc. at Highs next door.”
“Every time I shop here the owner and his son (I think) are so helpful with great suggestions for wine or bourbon or whatever I'm there for. They're just really nice people and I love supporting a small biz like this one”
“I called for availability of a hard to buy product and they were friendly, helpful, exceptional service . They had the items that weren’t available anywhere else. Easy pick up. You must try.”
“I loooooovee coming here to get my choice of drink for the evening, Trey is the very best, even treated me to alil shot. Good prices, and definitly in stock on whatever you are looking for.”
“They have an impressive selection and great prices. As a bourbon snob, this place is my go to. Whether I’m picking up my favorite daily sipper or trying something new, they always have me covered.”
“Nothing special about this liquor store but that's why it's good. Good variety of selections, especially liquor. Easy location, right next to campus. Plenty of parking, though if you need to turn left to leave, better to leave around the back exit behind and to the right of the store. Puts you on Thomas Run, and you can turn left at the light.”
“Great all cash store. Biggest issue is maryland taxes pushing him in corner. But has some smoke shop items as well. Good guy owns it support if can. Its cash and carry.”
“Everyone there is extremely helpful and they have a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. There is something there for any budget even though their prices are a little on the expensive side”
“A local liquor store nestled in the center of Bel Air. This liquor store features a variety of spirits, beer, and cocktailpre-mixes. I would suggest looking at the bourbon aisle featuring a wide variety of flavors. Today, I purchased a bottle of Rabbit Hole Dareringer blend. The Dareringer blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in Sherry Casks”
“The Beverage Barn: Proof that good things come in small packages! This cozy little store somehow manages to stock more drinks than I have space in my fridge. The friendly staff are like beverage wizards, always ready with a great recommendation and a smile. If you’re looking for something new to sip, this place is a goldmine—just try not to get lost in the endless options!”
“The owner is always friendly and eager to learn about The product he sells. I am pretty experienced With bourbon and liquor. I would say a bit of a conisure, but on the spending an the leg. I used to work for Seagram, and I know a thing or two about this. Anyway, the owner is very nice. Had always willing to talk to me about stuff. Goes out of his way. Make sure he has pin hook in stock. Which is a hard to find very high level”
“Good local spot, and a much better selection of local craft beers (like Nepenthe, etc) than Ronnie's nearby. I'll go out of my way to drive here despite it being a few minutes farther.”
“The owner/manager is down to earth, friendly and I love that she allows customers to sample specific brands. Employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable and are willing to assist you well. A+”
“I don't live in Bell camp but every time I go to my friend G'sHouse to spend the night and hang out I always stop at this liquor store because they always have what I want at the price I want to pay. Plus they are good people that work there”
“Can’t say enough about this place. Top tier store and even more top shelf service . The staff are always welcoming and helpful for picking out the right bottle for the occasion. Their knowledge and dedication on serving the customer speaks volumes. Great prices and a wide variety of the best bourbon, beer, wine and more . The best part is on your way to check out they have a very solid choice of cigars to pair with your evening drink. Harford county was waiting for a store like this and it’s here …..Best store around hands down !!!!”
