“I came into Staples looking for an office chair after being disappointed with the options available on Amazon, and I’m glad I did. I found a great chair at a great price. Peter was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me choose the right chair, checked me out, recommended a service plan, and walked me through the registration process. He even accompanied me to my car and loaded the chair for me. Peter is an outstanding employee and a tremendous asset to the Staples organization. Excellent customer service from start to finish.”

“Great customer service! The employees are always SO kind and helpful. They really know their business; today when I went in to ship something, the UPS employee saw the pre- printed label and had the correct envelope out before I even finished my question! I really like how easy they make it to ship items; I can simply waltz in and hand them my package and they’ve got it covered!”

“Two complaints: 1) Google Maps directed me to the wrong end of the building (the FedEx counter is just inside the main entrance to the WalMart and the sign was not immediately apparent). 2) I was returning a loaner and was supposed to charge it, but they didn't give me the account number, just the address. Seems to me they could have cross-checked against the billing address (which I provided) to get the billing account.”

“What a sweet staff! I had to get handicapped placards laminated and really had no clue. Erin was very kind and patient and helped me with every part of the job. She even used a cutter in the back because of the thickness of the laminate. A friendly, helpful team makes any visit better. Thank you so much for the help!”

“My experiences with the post office and the postal workers have always been positive. It’s a busy location, and they have been pleasant and efficient in all my dealings with them when I have occasion to visit. Their home delivery carriers have, in many cases gone out of their way to accommodate me.Moving several times in almost 40 years, I have had different carriers, and all of them at one time or another have demonstrated their dedication to their jobs by delivering to my door articles that could have been stuffed into the box at the curb. Lisa particularly went out of her way many times to get me the mail. Any negative experiences, none of which I can recall, are far outweighed by the over-the-top service provided on a routine basis. In addition to the positives mentioned, I find it a convenient location, with relatively convenient hours of operation and pleasant staff carrying out their jobs with customer satisfaction as their goal. I have only good things to say about the Delta Post Office, especially the employees.I consider myself fortunate to live within their service area.I am in no way affiliated with the office or the USPS.”
