I will never go to Lowe’s or Home Depot again!! In this case, the owner got me an old KENMORE washing machine, which I asked for, I can’t stand the new appliances with the computers in them that act like robots instead of doing what theyre supposed to doing fewer steps. I’m old, get off my lawn, I need it simple.”

He helped us load a large patio set into our car and stayed positive the entire time, even though we had to try several different ways to fit the heavy boxes. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. Mike, the head cashier, was also incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the teamwork and great customer service from everyone involved. I also noticed that the associates had water available while working in the extreme heat, which says a lot about Home Depot taking care of its employees.
