“I placed an online order for a grill to be assembled in store and picked up so that my family could enjoy a cookout on mothers day. Unfortunately when the grill was picked up by a contractor of mine and delivered to my house, I noticed that the grill was assembled incorrectly and was also missing pieces. I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager. Without hesitation I was transferred right away. The manager that came to the phone was Davion (Operations Manager) Davion listened to my situation, apologized for the inconvenience and immediately jumped in to action in efforts to turn my a bad situation into a positive guest experience. Talking about going above and beyond to ensure a customer is taken care of. Davion made sure that a brand new grill was assembled and delivered to my house within hours allowing my family to enjoy mothers day with out missing a beat. This was even more special because my grandmother is 97 years old and everyday is important to our family. This is a prime example of what outstanding guest service looks like.

I had been waiting for over an hour before I asked for a manager and he was helpful, professional and even walked down with me to check out once I completed my return to ensure that process went smoothly. What started out as a disappointing interaction with Home Depot staff turned positive due to Hayden’s assistance. I definitely understand why he is in management and not just a worker because he definitely understands how to interact with customers. Thanks again Hayden.”

“Would recommend republic Tel-A-Rent to anyone!! They were super helpful and willing to work with us on payments. We rented a washer & dryer. Our checks fell on odd days vs the payment date and they were able to work with us for that. We had issues with the dryer the first week we had it and they were very quick to come out and fix it! Definitely an awesome staff!”
“Bought a used Refrigerator to replace a malfunctioning one in my garage. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day.Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes.P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.

“OMG l had the best Experience at the 901 Home Depot location a couple weeks ago on 9/12023 inside the paint department. I don't remember the gentlema's name, but he was friendly knowledgeable and engaging. Hi offered expertise advice and suggestions. I rarely get any of that when l shop at Home Depot , employee are usually reactivate and just know which direction to point me in. The rarely know the products. I Recommend it”
“S/O to Keisha in paint and Anthony in the tool rentals! I went in feeling very trepidatious about refinishing my deck and fence and left feeling confident in my skills, tools and materials and just...happy? The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge. Like, seriously blown away by the staff. The store was also super clean and organized. Just an easy and nice experience!”
