“As a contractor, Home Depot is a necessity. What is also a necessity is having access to knowledgeable employees who truly want to help. This is not the case as often as would be preferred. However this visit, yesterday was amazing! I was trying to solve a job site problem of mitre saw debris. Employee Neels saw me walking from aisle to aisle and asked if he could help. He went way above and beyond to ensure I had the best solution possible from Home Depot and himself. I truly appreciate his effort and he made my Trip this time to Home Depot this time memorable and worth while. Thank you Neels!”

“We just purchased a washer/dryer from Germaine at the Blair Rd location. Germaine was a pleasure to work with. We had his full attention and he was knowledgable about all the different washer/dryer combos. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us to select a w/d combo that would fit in our tight laundry room and was available for immediately delivery..Today Lucas and Marc (of the M&M installation dept) came to install the W/D. Once again, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. They are in an amazing team! They were in and out in no time at all and gave us a much better set up than we had originally! Cannot say enough good things about them!We'll definitely be back to M&M!”

“I went to pick up an anti-fatigue kitchen mat. The app said it was in a certain aisle. I looked and looked. Finally I asked an associate for help. He looked and found some but not the one I wanted. The app said that they had three in stock. So the associate said that some may be up high and he looked and he was able to find one for us. So I give an A+ to Dylan. But a D for the app.”

Despite not having an appointment, Nerissa spent hours with us, helping us understand the options that would best work with our new kitchen layout. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or sold to. She and Aliyah stayed ONE HOUR AFTER CLOSING just to ensure we had all of our questions answered. “Bought a used Refrigerator to replace a malfunctioning one in my garage. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day.Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes.P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.Parking: Strip mall. Ample parking.”

“I had an appointment with an associate about kitchen countertops. I was greeted by David and he was ready for me at my appointment time. He was a great spirited employee that was so knowledgeable. He gave me so much valuable information and still got my estimate completed without measurements. He was able to probe me so well that I'm thinking the estimate will be veRy close to what it will actually be. I can't wait to continue working with him to get this project completed.”

“I was really impressed by the friendly, helpful team the last couple of times I've visited this store. The cashiers overseeing the self checkout are amazing. Today I went to purchase paint for a project. The young lady overseeing self checkout saw what I was purchasing and realized the two kinds would not work well together. She got coverage for her post and took me back to the paint section and personally showed me what I needed. She used to work in the paint department, and was very knowledgeable. She handed me off to a very helpful colleague in that department who was also very friendly and super helpful. I feel terrible for not noting their names, but, management: if you award staff for recognition on sites like this you should be able to figure it out pretty easily. I visited at 12pm on Sunday March 24. The young lady overseeing self checkout who was so helpful was probably in her mid 20s, with long braids, entwined with gold color. She was on duty at the self checkout with a small young man with short hair. The helpful colleague she passed me on to in the paint department was about the same age, also black, with short braids. He was the only guy in the paint department with that hairstyle and that big of a friendly smile. They were both awesome.”

“Ok. I barely use Yelp anymore. But I had to share a great customer service experience at this Home Depot that I had recently. I had a slightly unreasonable request I should mention. Yet, Aleshia at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me get the item that I needed that was not in store. It took about a few days for it to be said and done, but she helped greatly and even when I came in for an unrelated project, she still remembered me and followed up from the order before. Her and Shaquanda are outstanding providers of customer service and I wanted them to be recognized. Working in retail (and any other service industry) is hard but its great to see people who still have spirit in them. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for my projects.”

“S/O to Keisha in paint and Anthony in the tool rentals! I went in feeling very trepidatious about refinishing my deck and fence and left feeling confident in my skills, tools and materials and just...happy? The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge. Like, seriously blown away by the staff. The store was also super clean and organized. Just an easy and nice experience!”

I came in completely confused how to fix my oven door hinge and he showed me all the tools I needed, how to use them, and even got me started with the repair. He was beyond helpful and even showed me how to avoid the problem in the future by demoing on one of the models in the appliance section.Every time I come to this store I've found the customer service to be so helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my home repair needs. Thanks again Douglas!”

“The furniture selection sucks. It's old people furniture. But the one amazing thing every time I come here is The Driver/PT that has been there for years!!! He is always so courteous and kind. He is really tall with dreadlocks I think his name is Mr. Matthews. Also the General Manager is super kind and very patient with his customers. I was impressed with how he politely speaks to his employees and how the employees seem to really respect him. If your looking for nice furniture or unique furniture at a decent cost THEN AARONS IS NOT FOR U. But if you want great customer service and can look pass the ugly furniture than This is the place for you!!!!”
