“I went to pick up an anti-fatigue kitchen mat. The app said it was in a certain aisle. I looked and looked. Finally I asked an associate for help. He looked and found some but not the one I wanted. The app said that they had three in stock. So the associate said that some may be up high and he looked and he was able to find one for us. So I give an A+ to Dylan. But a D for the app.”

“Let me tell you about the fantastic experience I had with Home Depot Kitchen Designer Ingrid. The sheer number of choices and decisions to be made when remodeling a kitchen can seem daunting, and it helps to have a knowledgeable designer to work with. I tried two other well known stores and didn't get the sense that the designers actually wanted to help design a kitchen. It was more of a rush to churn out a quick design with no nuance or tailoring to my needs. With Ingrid, she was friendly, patient, offered thoughtful ideas, and she clearly understands that details matter. During my three appointments with her to work on the design, I noticed how other staff interacted with her. She is clearly liked and respected. By the end, I felt good about the kitchen we designed together. I don't know if all Home Depot kitchen designers are like Ingrid, I just know she was an absolute gem!”

“Bought a used Refrigerator to replace a malfunctioning one in my garage. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day.Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes.P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.Parking: Strip mall. Ample parking.”

“Ok. I barely use Yelp anymore. But I had to share a great customer service experience at this Home Depot that I had recently. I had a slightly unreasonable request I should mention. Yet, Aleshia at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me get the item that I needed that was not in store. It took about a few days for it to be said and done, but she helped greatly and even when I came in for an unrelated project, she still remembered me and followed up from the order before. Her and Shaquanda are outstanding providers of customer service and I wanted them to be recognized. Working in retail (and any other service industry) is hard but its great to see people who still have spirit in them. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for my projects.”

I went in feeling very trepidatious about refinishing my deck and fence and left feeling confident in my skills, tools and materials and just...happy? The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge. Like, seriously blown away by the staff. The store was also super clean and organized. Just an easy and nice experience!”
