“I want to take a moment to recognize Ashley for the amazing customer service she provided during my visit today. She was supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with care and gave me personalized insight that helped me feel more confident in my options. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. Even though I know there were other customers in the store, Ashley made me feel like my needs mattered and that I was being fully taken care of. Because of the experience I had with Ashley, I stayed in the store longer, continued exploring my options, and I am now more willing to make a future purchase with Best Buy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Ashley is a true asset to your team, and I hope you know how much her service positively impacted my experience. Please recognize her for the excellent work she is doing.”

“Wonderful store with top appliance of every kind and color, the owner even went out of his way to search for one for me. Where has this place been my whole life! I will never go to Lowe’s or Home Depot again!! In this case, the owner got me an old KENMORE washing machine, which I asked for, I can’t stand the new appliances with the computers in them that act like robots instead of doing what theyre supposed to doing fewer steps. I’m old, get off my lawn, I need it simple.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grateful and highly recommended! I’ve bought two used refrigerators from this store, and both are still working perfectly. The prices are unbeatable, and the owner is incredibly kind and easy to talk to—he really takes time to help and gives you the best deal without pressure. If you’re shopping for appliances, check here before anywhere else. Quality items at a bargain price. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future appliances.”

“S/O to Keisha in paint and Anthony in the tool rentals! I went in feeling very trepidatious about refinishing my deck and fence and left feeling confident in my skills, tools and materials and just...happy? The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge. Like, seriously blown away by the staff. The store was also super clean and organized. Just an easy and nice experience!”

“Let me tell you about the fantastic experience I had with Home Depot Kitchen Designer Ingrid. The sheer number of choices and decisions to be made when remodeling a kitchen can seem daunting, and it helps to have a knowledgeable designer to work with. I tried two other well known stores and didn't get the sense that the designers actually wanted to help design a kitchen. It was more of a rush to churn out a quick design with no nuance or tailoring to my needs. With Ingrid, she was friendly, patient, offered thoughtful ideas, and she clearly understands that details matter. During my three appointments with her to work on the design, I noticed how other staff interacted with her. She is clearly liked and respected. By the end, I felt good about the kitchen we designed together. I don't know if all Home Depot kitchen designers are like Ingrid, I just know she was an absolute gem!”
