“I purchased a jacket and returned two days later with my receipt and debit card to exchange it for different size since the size wasn't available i requsted a return i didn't not had the tag ,the item was unworn and i had vaild proof of purchased .the cashier Name Kim was unprofessional and rude from the start .she told me i couldn't not return the item with out tag in a dismissive manner and she called the manger i explained the situation . the cashier and the manger refused and told me i had to return it to the original store .which is about 30 miles from home this was inconvenient and confusing .immediately after leaving i went to another Burlington location at the store both the cashier and the manger treat me with respect and provided excellent customer service the processed my return with out issue .This experience shows a clear inconsistency in how your return policy is being applied ,as,well as a lack of professionalism at the first store.I am a loyal Burlington customer and this inconsistency and poor service were very disappointing .i hope this matter is addressed .Thanks.”
