Y’all don’t go this location AT ALL I MEAN AT ALL. First thing it’s inside of the pep boys let’s start there. Second Micheal ( heavy set & wears glasses) doesn’t have a customer service bone in his body. The man was so rude I had to record him which i will be sending to HQ as well. Micheal does not know what to say out of his mouth, i asked him does the Manager know he talk like that and he said yes she does. Y’allDon’t go here it ghetto on top of the fact they never have cars

I don’t leave many reviews but I just had to let you all know how TERRIBLE this Hertz is. They are so slow and inconsiderate of people’s time but it’s probably because they’re clearly understaffed. Why do I have to wait so long to just return a car???

A last minute trip was planned during Memorial Day weekend. I was worried the type of SUV I wanted to reserve would not be there if I made an online reservation so I decided to call. Rhonda answered and let me tell you, she was pleasant and very helpful. She assured me that the vehicle would be there, so I took a leap of faith and reserved it. I picked up the vehicle on a Thursday and the entire interaction from start to finish was great! They upgraded the standard SUV to a full size SUV for a bit extra but it was still very much affordable for the length of time. If ever I have needed a rental I have always used Hertz. They offer better prices and deals from my experience so I will continue to use them, but more specifically, I will continue to go here for my rental needs. Thanks Rhonda! Someone please give this woman a raise!

ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve gotten 2 rental cars from them and both of them had some type of mechanical issue that didn’t allow me to use the car. No one ever answers the phone on any level. It’s ridiculous.

Didn't even get to try the actual service lady answered the phone I asked about rates and u was told all I have is suvs and I was like okay what are the rates she sounded like she had a attitude and then put me on hold for 20 to 25 mins I called back after hanging up and the phone was picked up and hung right back up

Rude and inattentive had me waiting for 2 hours when I had a reservation only to find that the car was in need of an oil change in addition to stereo system not working. Told me to take a lower grade car and “come back later” for the swap. Unbelievable

The Hertz is located inside the Pep Boys and they donot have signage or make it obvious as to where togo. Not only that, when you walk in the place isliterally a hole in the wall and a mess. The peopleworking there are unprofessional. You can't evendifferentiate between an employee and a customerbecause there is no customer service. They ignoreincoming customers and give no clear instructions orguidance on how to return your vehicle. I returned myrental 2 weeks ago and received a call asking when Iwas bringing it back. I call them back to clarify that Ino longer have the vehicle and was told "never mind"basically. Just completely unprofessional and rudeand terrible location. The next time I have to rent a carI will go out of my way to go to another location.

Terrible selection. Located in a dirty Peo Boys that’s mostly closed down and indifferent customer service. Although, honestly, I wouldn’t care either if I had to work here. Possibly the worst Hertz location I’ve ever had to use.

Don’t ever rent from this location. They have a limited fleet of cars, and the ones they do have are not up to par! I had to rent a car recently, because my truck had to go into the shop. When I rented the car from them, I had one rate for the week. Now I had to extend my rental for a week and a few days longer, in which case I notified them. I even asked to switch to another vehicle, because the one they gave me smelled awful! They claimed they didn’t have any cars to switch out, but would put me on a list and let me know. Well needless to say I never was notified. When my truck was finally ready, I returned the horrid vehicle to them. Only to find that they had doubled my rates! When asked about this and showed them the original agreement, they had no explanation. This is totally unacceptable! I definitely would not have rented such a dilapidated car for $400 a week! They are totally taking advantage of people. Never doing business with them again!

Customer service is bad. Also the location close at 12 on Saturday however the system allows you to make a reservation for 12. No one has the courtesy to contact you with this information but still allows you to come up there with the expectations of picking up a vehicle. No apologies or anything Working on customer service skills because this was a terrible experience.

I still have yet to hear from someone in regards the the ADDITIONAL $170+ to fill up a tank that was already 3/4 full. That’s outrageous ESPECIALLY to have been given a vehicle that had no bluetooth, apple play, and what seems like a navigation system created when gps was first introduced. It never worked for us. Driving from Houston to MD with the inability to even listen to your own road trip playlist and have accurate navigation is terrible. But we had to keep it because there were no more vehicles for the space we needed. Instead of racking up money from 1/4 of gas needed to being filled, y’all should think about the actual consumer. Had the nerve to upcharge for a downgrade. Still waiting for my receipt and my callback. The rep I spoke with at this location was ok but very nonchalant, but the customer service rep I spoke with on the call center number knew nothing about anything. Lied about transferring my call and getting a call back and could absolutely care less about anything I had to say which added even more fuel to the fire. I need my receipt for all charges, I need the gas receipt too because who in their right mind would fill up a 14 gallon tank for anything OVER $60. Hertz will never get my money again. Idc how “good” the rate, y’all are scammers.

CONSUMERS Please be advised that this location is closed on Sundays if your rental is due back on Sunday the Hertz Corporate Office will charge you for an additional day because they are closed and cannot close out the rental contact. This is their policy however they do not inform the consumer of this policy. They are fully aware that they are going to charge you but will not inform you us this. Don’t bother contacting the Corporate Office because they do not care although they know what they are doing is wrong. Also please be sure to bring Lysol and wipes because they do not clean the vehicles. And to top things off half way to my destination the Service Engine light came on. I called Hertz and was basically told “oh well”. Mind you I was 500 miles away from home with my child. Worst experience ever.

Only got 2 stars because we got a car after a wait. The service is incredibly slow. They Never pick up the phone when you call. It says they are opened at 8am online but when we got here, the representative wouldn't do anything until 8:30am. Had they picked up the phone when I called at 8:05, this would have been confirmed. Apparently they open at 8:30am regardless of what it says online or if you are literally standing right in front of her at 8:15am. We are a President's circle members but that apparently means nothing at this location. My feedback is to take better care of your customers. If a customer is standing in front of you, provide the service or make sure the online information actually matches your hours of operations. Part of the reason we spend money at Hertz to be part of the presidents circle is not having to wait 45 minutes to get a car we didn't want. It's really not that difficult.

Fast service. But could use a second person at this location. When the ONE person is outside helping other customers. There should be either person that can still help costomers
