“I went for Notary services. I went to this shop because they had helped my husband with a large package return. There was no wait, even though there were other customers there. Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”

“I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. I will absolutely be using this store in the future if Mo is the standard. Thank you for all your help!”

“Awesome place!! I came in last minute needing 2 custom shirts for 2 different events. Mike helped me and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me with the design and was super patient when I was making changes. He also gave some really helpful tips. My shirts were ready in about 20 minutes and they turned out beautiful!!! “Our mother's funeral programs were done beautifully and quickly. They made us feel at ease despite the difficulty of the circumstances. They were patient and worked with us to create the best quality product. The paper was beautiful and they cut and print in-house so the programs were exactly what we done. They double checked all changes with myself and my sister and all programs were done well in advance of our mother's services. We appreciated their knowledge and flexibility as we finalized program styles, made paper selections etc. Would definitely recommend.”

“So I ordered a package that required a signature on delivery, and unfortunately, neither I or my family would be available to receive this package during the scheduled delivery time. However, FedEx offers an option to hold a package at an "authorized FedEx distribution center" for pickup, and this location was suggested. As a distribution center, I truly did not know what to expect, because it did not specify what type of business location-i.e. FedEx store vs. FedEx counter within a convenience store vs. a FedEx mass shipping center. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong. And you can have any mail or package shipped from here, or have mail/packages arrive here for free pickup-depending on your courier company. Overall, I highly recommend!”
