Tamika delivered outstanding support, promptly addressing my last-minute request for 85 backpacks for a Back to School supply giveaway. She efficiently assisted me in selecting all 85 backpacks, ensuring a seamless and swift process. Furthermore, Tamika and her staff kindly helped load the backpacks into my vehicle. I rated this location a 10, not only for its superb customer service but also for its well-organized and stocked facilities. Kudos to the management and 5Below for making my experience so much smoother. - Mary”
“A favorite store of my eight-year-old daughter, Five Below sells inexpensive toys, candy, and goods for under $5, but not always. A few items are over the $5 price tag. It’s a fun store to browse or pick up a small gift for someone.”

“I want to give this store 5 stars just because of an associate I encountered today named India. As a former customer service employee of a large corporation, she made me proud. I went in to get a few balloons blown up, and unfortunately her coworker went on break and she got not only a rush of customers, but the helium tank ran out. She handled the situation and customers with exceptional customer service and I just wanted to give her the flowers she deserves. She really did a good job and she’s the kind of employee that every business needs.”
“08/05/2025-Visited the store looking for picture frames. I know - should have just gone to “ Hobby Lobby” or “Michael’s”. I love Five and Below because is largely stocked, colorful and full of fun stuff five dollars $$$ or below. They stand by the name! I did nit find anything to buy, but enjoyed the experience of browsing the aisles. Nice staff.”
“I went to the dollar tree a couple Saturdays ago and I have a horrible experience with this big lady at the check out. SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. My order online got cancel I don’t know why but I called the store and the store manager and Stephani was so nice and shop my second order I placed . This kind of customer service deserves a five stars, thank you both”
