The Complex encompasses the Exchange AND its Food Court, Military Clothing store, barbershop, Starbucks, Dentistry, Optometry, pharmacy, GNC and various small vendors. This review is on the Exchange ONLY. The Exchange is a multi-department store. It sells men's, women's and children's clothing including Alexandre of London suits for men. It sells high end men's and women's fragrances like Burberry and Versace. It has an electronics department as well as a small hardware department. It takes the standard charge cards like Mastercard and Visa as well as the special military 🪖 charge card - Military Star. It has ample parking. They will check ✔ you to make sure you're allowed to shop here (active duty, retired and others). Check out is self service though I believe customer service can ring up your purchase(s). 1 big plus ➕ of the Exchange is there's no sales tax. Service has been consistently polite though sometimes difficult to find. Overall, I've been pleased with the Exchange.”

“12.24.22I stopped in to look for jeggings or skinny jeans as they carry petite sizes (petite for height not weight and is often reflected as short). They are only one of few stores that carry petite sizes. Upon entering, a male associate, Billy, asked if I needed assistance, which I was grateful for. He assisted me in finding a size 2 or 4 (short) as I wasn't sure which size I was. I currently own only one pair of next-level stretch jeggings (jeans + leggings) from this retailer in size 6 which is ill-fitting. After trying on both sizes today I determined that I should be wearing a size 2 not 6. My current jeggings is loose in the waist and I constantly have to pull my jeggings up. While in the fitting room, I asked two associates for their opinion on the size 2 as it bunched up around my ankles and they said the fit overall looked perfect. One of them was kind enough to check the inventory to help me find another pair in a different color, but they didn't have any in store or online. Bummer! There is currently a promotion for buy one, get one 50% off. They are giving away a nice, holiday reusable shopping bag at checkout upon request.AE has a rewards program and I was informed that if you add the app to your phone, you will receive a birthday offer. L.L. Bean, the Maine-based retailer famous for its boots and backpacks, is opening four new U.S. stores this year and plans to expand into the Southeast and Midwest markets in 2025. The company had a grand opening of an Ulster, NY store in April. The other three locations are coming to Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Connecticut this fall.
