“There was a period where I was in desperate need of an army service uniform but the store didn't have it. And while it was deeply frustrating the employees were very helpful and more than willing to do their best to help me even if it meant staying past close. It's always frustrating when you need something that's not in stock but the great employees made the experience far more bearable!”

“Great place to find men, women and children's clothes. Great quality and fashionable finds. Prices vary but most items are usually on sale as sales are frequent here. Clothes for any occasion. Staff are friendly, greeted us upon entering the store and are available when assistance is needed. Definitely recommend Old Navy.”

“First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

“I had the most amazing shopping experience with the manager Jean at Old Navy in Gambrills on Friday! The focus of my trip was solely to purchase clothes for my great-niece's birthday. Jean came up to me to show me the clearance rack for kids and to let me know that all of the women's clearance pants were on sale for $9.97!
I really needed more jeans and she checked on me while I was trying them on and found my size so I didn't have to go to another store!! Her customer service is exceptional, and I will make this my store because of her!!”

This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“I'd like to differentiate between the Post Exchange and what I call the Exchange Complex. The Exchange is the base department 🏬 store. The Complex encompasses the Exchange AND its Food Court, Military Clothing store, barbershop, Starbucks, Dentistry, Optometry, pharmacy, GNC and various small vendors. This review is on the Exchange ONLY. The Exchange is a multi-department store. It sells men's, women's and children's clothing including Alexandre of London suits for men. It sells high end men's and women's fragrances like Burberry and Versace. It has an electronics department as well as a small hardware department. It takes the standard charge cards like Mastercard and Visa as well as the special military 🪖 charge card - Military Star. It has ample parking. They will check ✔ you to make sure you're allowed to shop here (active duty, retired and others). Check out is self service though I believe customer service can ring up your purchase(s). 1 big plus ➕ of the Exchange is there's no sales tax. Service has been consistently polite though sometimes difficult to find. Overall, I've been pleased with the Exchange.”
