“So this is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area, they are usually always fully stocked. Lately the lines have been extremely long could be staffing issues. But the only reason I am writing a review is because of Tamika. If you go there in the morning you will be greeted by her warmth and care. Even though the line was long this morning, once I realized she was the cashier, my attitude subsided ?. She always takes care of the customer, she should teach classes about customer service”

“Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.
Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.
My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”
“Very helpful, needed to run out and pick up my pup some more food and the shelves were a little low, store service guy informed me that there were some more in the back and escorted me back there and there was my pups favorite food and I got two bags, above and beyond, thank you Family Dollar”
“Teisha and the other gentleman working today were extremely kind and helpful. I had been looking for a particular item and hadn't been successful in locating it. She was able to order it and the next time I came in (today) as soon as she saw me let me know she had plenty of the item in stock. She had only met me briefly once before! The store is very clean and everyone has been very attentive and kind. I drive out of my own county to come to this Dollar store and will continue to do so.”

“Always has what I need. The store is typically under-staffed (sometimes no bags) - but the employees that ARE there work hard and are good people. On the times I’ve been there with no bags, the employee’s supplied their own.”
“I came in and saw Mr. Wilson stocking and tending to addressing a holiday endcsp. I had to stop him and commend him for the stores appearance. He was working diligently and in all areas. When the line got too long he even stopped what he was doing and took on the register to help out. He is an asset to that store. People are so lazy and do the bare minimum. His work ethic was superior. You can tell he cared about his job and it shows when you walk in the store. I had to take my time and leave a review just so his management could see that he is definitely a hard worker. He needs to be future management! His ethic can not be taught.”

“I came here because I wanted to get some Mother's Day cards and frankly do not like spending a lot on cards. The cheapest cards I could find were $2. And yes I'm cheap and yes I'd rather the money go to the present, so yeah I put them down in hopes of finding better cards and a great value. At any rate, I walked through some of the aisles and I was really hungry and gravitated toward the chip aisle. I really wanted some kettle barbecue chips and/or Pringles but I felt I wanted to be a little healthy so I opted to get pork rinds because of the low carb aspect. But then I found some chocolate with some almonds and had to have wandered down the halls and got a strainer as well. The store is comparable to the other dollar generals I have visited in the area. I felt service was a little slow but overall not a bad place to find some good ole cheap snacks:)”

My goal was to get in, purchase what I needed and get out quickly. We did it. Management is customer friendly.”
“I went this store to get balloons for my daughter’s birthday party. When I requested the balloons I wanted, the associate helping me realized the helium tank was empty. The tall guy with tattoos (didn’t get his name) on the register called another associate to work the register, while he went to the back to switch out the helium tank.
I expressed my thanks to him for providing excellent customer service and wanted to highlight his professionalism and publicly thank him for helping me make my daughter’s party memorable.”

“I went to the dollar tree a couple Saturdays ago and I have a horrible experience with this big lady at the check out. SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. My order online got cancel I don’t know why but I called the store and the store manager and Stephani was so nice and shop my second order I placed . This kind of customer service deserves a five stars, thank you both”
