“If I could give this Dollar Tree a TEN I would. The staff are polite and helpful, pleasant, kind. The effort their team puts in to leveling up their shelves is awesome. I took time to read other reviews. Yes I have seen things others wrote about but lets be clear about where fault lies. Customers. The shelves are a product of Customers not the staff and of the Commonwealth immigrant policies that have shifted Clientele from those who clean up after themselves to a clientele who does not and who leave their children run up and down the aisles making messes. My heart goes out to the staff left to clean up on top of their normal responsibilities. I know personally I do my best to return an item to where I picked it out if I decide against it. As for the homeless people? Not the Dollar Stores fault. That falls on to the people you voted in to office. Tell them. I love the treasures I find there and buy there. I give the staff a ten out of ten for putting up with bad customers. Be mindful when you post bad reviews. Look at what the reality is before hitting click.”

“Great visit to this Dollar General! Chris was super polite and friendly. I really respect how he limits Pokémon purchases so everyone gets a fair shot at collecting. Refreshing customer service that puts the community first. Highly recommend!”

“I always enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. You really can’t beat the prices—almost everything is just $1.25, and it’s perfect for basic household items, party supplies, snacks, and even seasonal decorations. The store is usually well-stocked, and I can find what I need quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually smooth. It’s a great spot for budget shopping and finding little treasures for everyday needs.”

“This store is cleaner than the average Dollar Tree. The items are well stocked and they have a large supply of carts and baskets to use. I noticed that the cashiers are approachable and tried to be helpful.”

“My first time at this location and was very surprised by how well organized, clean, and product availability. They had items I didn't see at other locations. The manager, Chad, was very friendly, welcoming, and hard working. This location may be my favorite Dollar Tree store! Cindy C.”

“I have been to all of the Dollar Trees in the area & this is one of the best. Ken, the Manager, is incredibly kind & remembers nearly everyone. Some of the staff is new...like most Dollar Trees, so don't expect exceptional service from everyone...this is common. The store is always clean but not all merchandise is always put out...which is common but some of the Alexandria stores are filthy & even have an odor...not this one. My only gripe is that it may not open between 1- 3x/month, due to staffing, merchandise and tech/register issues.”

“The items and their available are outstanding and the staff are great and very helpful, some people might need to pay higher prices for freshly waxed floors or stock completed overnight. They don't have the budget for that!”
