“So this is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area, they are usually always fully stocked. Lately the lines have been extremely long could be staffing issues. But the only reason I am writing a review is because of Tamika. If you go there in the morning you will be greeted by her warmth and care. “Please seetotal 3 photos. This is one of two bottles bought yesterday 11.10.23 Friday in this dollar tree store, which is an Oak Beverage, another is Almond yet not try. Only half bottle left but the remaining are full of thick stickying liquid. Not only this drink was tasteless from the first sip, but keeps going. It doesn't taste like a pure plant-based drink it labeled, rather a drink seemed full of seeming thick-water-some like. Was it actually filled in a lot of something else or..., otherwise why half bottle are all the thick stuffs?Remember yrs ago, bought a couple of soy milk bottles from an Asian small market who carried its all soy by-products from a manufacturer in PA, got home to drink it immediately then smelled something weird and discovered its thick and stickying liquid like this Oak one but more yellowish from the very beginning of drinking. Immediately called the small market and addressed the issues. Brought the bottle back to show them: they all were convinced, the owner and the employees! Agreed with me that they needed to be careful for carrying products from that manufacturer meanwhile tightly controlled their products channels and supervision in apply on manufacturers. They also at once refunded me not like before they were so stingily for refunds. From back then of now on, I carefully never bought any Soy Milk from that brand of manufacturer except tofus!They actually added overdoses of PRESERVATIVES!This Oak maybe that Almond, both from the same manufacturer used UHT for this solid drink not preservatives? “Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”
“Always my go to spot when I need to grab something quickly and don't feel like dealing with the crowds of larger retailers. The con is the small selection of items and brands that's when the quick trip turns into a trip for no reason, but that rarely happens ??”
“I came here because I wanted to get some Mother's Day cards and frankly do not like spending a lot on cards. The cheapest cards I could find were $2. And yes I'm cheap and yes I'd rather the money go to the present, so yeah I put them down in hopes of finding better cards and a great value. At any rate, I walked through some of the aisles and I was really hungry and gravitated toward the chip aisle. I really wanted some kettle barbecue chips and/or Pringles but I felt I wanted to be a little healthy so I opted to get pork rinds because of the low carb aspect. But then I found some chocolate with some almonds and had to have wandered down the halls and got a strainer as well. The store is comparable to the other dollar generals I have visited in the area. I felt service was a little slow but overall not a bad place to find some good ole cheap snacks:)”
“This is a fairly new Family Dollar I believe it's less than three years open. It's usually very clean and stocked. It's my preferred location because they have great inventory. You can also catch some good deals because many people haven't discovered it yet - its not over- shopped like some of the other locations. It's like a hidden gem.”
“I honestly have 0 complaints about the staff that works there currently, HOWEVER the “powers that be” over the store manager should feel ashamed. The higher ups should come in on a day where it’s a busy truck day to see why product gets out slower than normal.The age limit is already 21 and Maryland already underpays for minimum wage. The problem is not the location or the employees. The PROBLEM IS ANYONE other than the hiring manager(they can only do but so much!). The higher ups need to come in to make some changes, SERIOUSLY.I love coming to this location because they have everything a person could need, but how could anyone stay if there if a lack of staff and funds? If you all need employees, then think about getting rid of nicotine items. It’s a lot of kids that need jobs. Plus in the Oxon Hill area you can buy nicotine within a mile away from the next spot.Sorry if I came off mean, but ahout out to ALL the workers at the Oxon Hill location, the one near Oxon Hill High School! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and makes me feel wanted to shop. Please reward this location!!!”

“A couple of years ago when I first started shopping here I noticed problems.I addressed those problems to corporate and the response to correct those problems was very slow.Now a couple of years later this location has new management and new employees and Im noticing changes there.Keep in mind when it comes to any business,it takes alot of effort to keep that business afloat and the employees can't do it alone.IT TAKES US(THE CUSTOMERS) ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE AREA.Why are there so many shoplifting incidents there? Oh s%*t, I don't have my card!Started to call the bank, but no. I hopped back into the car and drove as fast as I could, without killing myself or somebody else!!! SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. My order online got cancel I don’t know why but I called the store and the store manager and Stephani was so nice and shop my second order I placed .
