“Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.
Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.
My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”

“Teisha and the other gentleman working today were extremely kind and helpful. I had been looking for a particular item and hadn't been successful in locating it. She was able to order it and the next time I came in (today) as soon as she saw me let me know she had plenty of the item in stock. She had only met me briefly once before! “If I could give this Dollar Tree a TEN I would. The staff are polite and helpful, pleasant, kind. The effort their team puts in to leveling up their shelves is awesome. I took time to read other reviews. Yes I have seen things others wrote about but lets be clear about where fault lies. Customers. The shelves are a product of Customers not the staff and of the Commonwealth immigrant policies that have shifted Clientele from those who clean up after themselves to a clientele who does not and who leave their children run up and down the aisles making messes. My heart goes out to the staff left to clean up on top of their normal responsibilities. I know personally I do my best to return an item to where I picked it out if I decide against it.
As for the homeless people? Not the Dollar Stores fault. That falls on to the people you voted in to office. Tell them.
I love the treasures I find there and buy there. I give the staff a ten out of ten for putting up with bad customers. Be mindful when you post bad reviews. Look at what the reality is before hitting click.”

“I came here because I wanted to get some Mother's Day cards and frankly do not like spending a lot on cards. The cheapest cards I could find were $2. And yes I'm cheap and yes I'd rather the money go to the present, so yeah I put them down in hopes of finding better cards and a great value. At any rate, I walked through some of the aisles and I was really hungry and gravitated toward the chip aisle. I really wanted some kettle barbecue chips and/or Pringles but I felt I wanted to be a little healthy so I opted to get pork rinds because of the low carb aspect. But then I found some chocolate with some almonds and had to have wandered down the halls and got a strainer as well. The store is comparable to the other dollar generals I have visited in the area. I felt service was a little slow but overall not a bad place to find some good ole cheap snacks:)”

I have to give major props to the Clinton, MD Dollar Tree location - this place is absolutely AMAZING under Sade's management!
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this store is run with care and attention to detail. Everything is organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The shelves are full, items are properly displayed, and there's such a great variety of products.
Sade's leadership really shows throughout the entire store. You can see the pride the whole team takes in maintaining such a welcoming shopping environment.
It's such a pleasure to browse the aisles and discover products in such a well-maintained space.
Keep up the fantastic work, Sade and team! Your dedication to excellence doesn't go unnoticed. The Clinton community is lucky to have such a well-run Dollar Tree. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

“walked in looking for an item. Young lady working the register told me that BJ the manager could help me out since she was new and wasn’t 100 percent sure. I greatly appreciate she was honest and pointed me in the right direction. When in talked to BJ he was very helpful and polite. He didn’t see the item on the floor so he went in the back to check and came back with the item. Then when he was at the register he showed why he’s manager. He was solving issues and helping customers all why training the young lady on the gift cards. Awesome job!”

“I went to the dollar tree a couple Saturdays ago and I have a horrible experience with this big lady at the check out. SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. My order online got cancel I don’t know why but I called the store and the store manager and Stephani was so nice and shop my second order I placed . This kind of customer service deserves a five stars, thank you both”
