“I highly recommend this company for all your tow/repair needs. My car died in the middle of a busy road the day before the snow storm. I was in tears and panicking when I randomly called this number. Not only did they rescue me within 20 minutes, they took my car to their repair shop and had it fixed within 24 hours…right before the storm! I was told it was an alternator, but after they diagnosed it, it ended up being the fuel pump. I was able to make it to the store to get supplies before being snowed in. Everyone was super positive, encouraging and friendly. They are my go-to company from no on!!!! Thanks for everything guys!”
“I highly recommend that you have your vehicles serviced at Metro Motors (ask for Chris). Yesterday morning I dropped my F-150 off to have the front brakes replaced. Chris gave me a great price and ordered me an Uber ride home.
After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.”

“Charles County Auto Body Shop continues to do outstanding, quality work with professionalism at the forefront of their actions. I needed body work done to my Cadillac XT5 and met with Charles. He was very thorough as he reviewed the damage and provided a quote. He advised that the crown moldings would have to be removed and they would do their best not to damage them while taking them off. Their best was their best!! Jeff is the body work technician. He skillfully took those moldings off in perfect condition/damaged free. His (actions) saved me an estimated $300.00/no need to purchase new parts! Brice and Ray did the paint job and it was SUPERB/spot on! I was (overjoyed) with the outcome of my Cadi. Their work is guaranteed with a life time warranty as long as you (remain) the (owner) of the vehicle. If you are in need of body work, paint repairs, etc., make an appointment with Charles County Auto Body Shop. When you enter the office; phrases in frames are posted on the right wall: (Honor Commitments; Take Responsibility; We are a Customer Service Business; Do the Right Thing). They stand by the work and their work speaks solidly for itself.”
“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“My family's van broke down at 5:15 pm on a Friday in D.C. on our way from Virginia to Wisconsin. It couldn't go more than 40 MPH. We went to Capitol Auto Care just because they were open until 6 on a Friday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were ready to fix it the next day - Saturday. Capitol was unknown to us, so we were a little wary, because we, being stranded visitors, were the perfect target for a scam or excessively high prices.
One of their customers - a woman with a small child, who was with us in the waiting room and who heard about our situation, told us they were honest, fair, good people. After getting their diagnosis and quote, I also called my regular mechanics back at home, and all of them confirmed that Capitol's prices were very reasonable and that their diagnosis was correct (as far as they could tell). Everyone at Capitol was friendly, clear, and communicative. In fact, after we arrived back at home after our long trip, Capitol called the next morning just to check whether we got home safely. Really, these guys are great - honest, friendly, and fair. 100% recommend.”

“I've trusted Ben Neilsen( *) and his staff for years with my old car. Anything that gets fixed gets fixed right the first time. I love their pickup and drop off service, although now I can walk to their new location on Henry Street. You get pictures of the work they're doing on your car while they're doing it and everything is very transparent. They are friendly and responsive. Frequent coupons have helped to reduce the cost of some jobs and my 2008 Honda CRV is still rolling along. It should be made clear that the reviews answered by "Emma" is for a different business than Ben's.”
