“I’ve just started taking my 2015 Chevy Silverado this year for minor/major repairs. Even with its high highway mileage, the people at Auto Century has helped keep Shadowfax on the road, making me feel safe and secured that I’m not overpaying for parts and services. They communicate with me about what I’ll need, and present a flat fee. I’ve sent two of my friends here so far and they’ve mentioned similar pleasure with their services.”

“I had an outstanding experience with CARSTAR Collision! Darryl serviced my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the entire process with excellent communication. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations….my car looks almost brand new, and I couldn’t be more impressed.
From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience stress-free. If I ever need collision repairs again, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. I highly recommend CARSTAR Collision to anyone looking for top-quality work and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Darryl and the entire team, for an amazing job!”
“I highly recommend that you have your vehicles serviced at Metro Motors (ask for Chris). Yesterday morning I dropped my F-150 off to have the front brakes replaced. Chris gave me a great price and ordered me an Uber ride home.
After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.”

“Do yourself a favor and just call Rhino's FIRST. Needed to get my uncle's car in Virginia ready to ship cross-country to California. Called probably half a dozen tow companies. One didn't have the right equipment, a couple sent me into phone tree purgatory, and the rest just didn't want to deal with it. Rhino's picked up, no runaround, got it handled. Simple as that. If you're dealing with something the other guys keep passing on, these are your people. They really helped me out.”
“We saw all the reviews about Luis and they were spot on. He came to the rescue super quickly and was so polite and helpful. He went above and beyond and even told me some tips I could use to help my battery. Also, the price was a lot cheaper than expected.”

“I have dealt with the mechanic named "Sief" two different times, he is fantastic! I feel like I can trust him, he is no nonsense, knowledge, and very efficient. After dealing with the clowns at the Toyota dealership, having frustrating experience after frustrating experience, and always feeling like I am being swindled, it is a pleasure to do business here! And the gas prices are constantly among the lowest in the region!”
“I've trusted Ben Neilsen( *) and his staff for years with my old car. Anything that gets fixed gets fixed right the first time. I love their pickup and drop off service, although now I can walk to their new location on Henry Street. You get pictures of the work they're doing on your car while they're doing it and everything is very transparent. They are friendly and responsive. Frequent coupons have helped to reduce the cost of some jobs and my 2008 Honda CRV is still rolling along. It should be made clear that the reviews answered by "Emma" is for a different business than Ben's.”

“I was traveling when my car got hit over the weekend, and ACE Auto Performance truly saved the day. They handled everything from start to finish. They immediately arranged a tow for my vehicle, helped me get into a rental without any hassle, and stayed in communication the whole time so I never felt lost in the process.
Even with all the nationwide parts delays going on, they still got my car repaired in a very reasonable time. The quality of the work was excellent — my car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and honestly went above and beyond for me.
What impressed me most was how smooth they made the entire situation. No runaround, no excuses, just great service from people who actually care. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and treated me like family.
If you ever need auto repair, collision work, towing help, or just a trustworthy shop that does things the right way, I highly recommend ACE Auto Performance. These guys are the real deal. You won’t regret choosing them.”

“I took my car here because the steering wheel was wobbling. By the end of the following day the car was back in working condition. I was extremely pleased with the customer service as they were very transparent with what needed to be done and the cost. I will be returning here for my automotive needs. Please note that they did not offer alignment.”

“I had a tire blow out at 3am in the morning. The driver kept sending me text notifications of his ETA, which I really appreciated. Unlike some tow truck drivers that state their ETA as 1 hour and then show up 4 hours later. He was nothing like that, in fact he arrived earlier than his ETA. He moved swiftly and safely hooking up my car and we arrived at the auto shop in no time. I will definitely think of Henry's Wrecker if I ever need a tow in the future. Thank you.”

“In the parking lot of Truist Bank at 2221 S Eads St, Arlington, VA 22202, there is a gray Audi Q3 with license plate TXH 2560. I've visited the bank twice this week, and each time this car is parked in an inappropriate location. I had to get out of the car from the right-hand side and ask the bank staff, but no one knew who parked it in the customers' parking lot. I hope you can correct this error.”

“Kevin found me quickly after my car broke down in Tyson’s Corner. He came down and kindly introduced himself. He asked me a few questions, explained the process and told me to have a seat in the truck while he proceeded. He very quickly loaded my car up and even asked if I wanted water from the gas station. Got me to the mechanic safely and quickly. Great towing price, highly recommend!”
