They helped out in so many ways.First, I asked them if there was anyway they could come fast. They came right away!Second, the location we had them tow the truck to was extremely tight and what I had through would be impossible to get to but they made it happen with no issues.Third, the driver called around different shops that could work on diesel trucks and see if they could fit us in sooner because he knew we were left in a bad situation with our truck.These guys did more than enough for us. “I can't recommend Rhinos enough. My children and I were involved in a head on collision while traveling alone out of town and rhinos showed up quickly and went above and beyond. Jason helped myself and both children out of the vehicle when I couldn't get my driver's side door open. Not many companies can you say the owner himself was also rapidly on scene to assist. “I've trusted Ben Neilsen( *) and his staff for years with my old car. Anything that gets fixed gets fixed right the first time. I love their pickup and drop off service, although now I can walk to their new location on Henry Street. You get pictures of the work they're doing on your car while they're doing it and everything is very transparent. They are friendly and responsive. Frequent coupons have helped to reduce the cost of some jobs and my 2008 Honda CRV is still rolling along. It should be made clear that the reviews answered by "Emma" is for a different business than Ben's.”

“Having a car towed is never awesome, but Henry’s Wrecker Service made everything so much easier! We came in to pay for tow+storage late afternoon the day after our accident. They charged us exactly according to their rate board and actually kept our car an extra night for no additional fee when we had them tow our car to the auto repair shop. We just left the repair shop address with them and they dropped it off right when the shop opened. The guy working the desk was really nice and extremely helpful :).”
