“I had put on brakes and rotors by myself and still had vibrations when braking hard and suspected a rotor problem even though they were new. I brought it to J&F to have them check if it was the rotor and they confirmed that the rotor was the issue. I was going to return the rotor to where I bought it but they said they might be able to file down the high spot so I said give it a go. The filing down improved it but did not fix it, so I said I'll just pick it up. They said it would be no charge since they said they weren't able to fix it. I said let me pay you since you spent time to diagnose and attempt to fix it and they said no, we'll see you next time - what a wonderful business experience!”

“I took my Jeep wrangler in to be serviced by this automotive shop and I would definitely take it back for future services. I was having an issue with the cooling system and this shop was able to get me in same day and complete the repairs the same day. They also suggested services for another issue that was related to the main issue I took my vehicle in for the first place; so I am glad they told me right then and there so that the issue could be addressed. That repair was also done in a timely manner and I was able to retrieve my vehicle the next day. There are too many times you have dishonest people who would not have even mentioned the other issue and let you take your vehicle away only to have to bring it back for more services and more money. This shop DID NOT do that, they let me know right away and I appreciate that. I would definitely take my vehicle back to this shop if I needed to.”
“I’ve been taking my vehicle to this shop now for almost 3 years. Alex does a great job explaining what type of maintenance needs to be done. He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee. Everyone from the cashier to the mechanics are super professional. Every single person I’ve recommended to Auto America, for their automotive needs, they were satisfied. “I brought my car in with some AC issues, made an appointment over the phone, got in the next day, the staff were very nice and quick! I was only there for a little over an hour and left with a working AC.

“This has been the best experience with a mechanic, hands down. I called David and explained what I needed done. He let me pick up all the parts I wanted and drop them off. He even quoted me before he started the repairs. He kept me up to date during the process and finished early. He was extremely fair with the price for labor and could have charged me more. He's the only one in the area that I will allow to work on my car and I will recommend him to anyone.”
“I've been using this shop for a while now. Bob's fixed every problem I brought him in a timely fashion. I do shop around even though I know I'm bringing my car to him. I have AAA and his prices are always lower than their shops. Beware, however, there is no real office to sit in if you need that. It's there, but it's not really for sitting. Great staff though. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.”

“10/10 definitely recommend, i was out in 3 hours! I called late in the day and the owner answered. I told him I wasn't sure if it was my starter but I believed so, he told me to drop it off in the morning. He wasn't the only mechanic I called but because he was so nice I dropped it off the next morning. He confirmed it was my starter and started working on the car immediately. They even checked other things on my car while I was there. Very reasonably priced, I was out quick!”

“After waiting at the competitor next door with clearly no customers inside and 3 people working, I drove next door to Southern. I walked in Tony greeted me with a smile. I asked for a tire ? rotation he came back and told me I needed three tires changed. I went to check with him and thanked him for looking out for my safety. It was clean ? inside, floors clean and didn’t feel or smell greasy dirty. I’m not lying ? go check it out for yourself and then walk over next door to WIYGUL — totally different atmosphere.”
“I recently discovered this great auto shop after some terrible experiences with shops in the area. I called them to inquire about a Maryland State Inspection on my recently purchased 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The receptionist was very polite and professional and helpful.
I took my truck to the shop located conveniently near the Maryland MVA in Waldorf.
A few hours later a mechanic called me to inform me of the status of my truck.
It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Carranza Auto Service for all of your auto repair needs.

“Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”

“Top notch shop with exceptional customer service! You guys were a life saver! A group of us were weathering the rain on our way to Myrtle Beach bike week from Catonsville, Maryland. My boyfriend’s alternator went up on his Boss Hoss. We called multiple auto shops that were within a few miles, even walking distance radius but none would help because they don’t work on motorcycles, even after explaining the bike has a V8 car engine. When we were about to lose hope, German Auto called back and told us they’d try to help anyway they can. They didn’t have the alternator in stock and it took some time locating it. But within a couple hours we were back on the road right before the next downpour of rain. Prior to their call, we were considering getting a tow home and cancelling our trip, but because of German Auto Performance, I’m sitting in the comfort of our hotel room writing this review, ready to start my vacation!”
