“I am a 61 year old single female, retired police & I definitely recommend this community for the safety, very well lit at night, Quiet, clean & friendly. I am on the fourth floor & utilize the elevator frequently, such a convenience. Quiet to the point that I cannot hear my neighbors or vehicles outside. The entire team here is so quick to respond to any concerns or repairs.”

“I just moved in on Friday and have been extremely impressed. There were some very minor issues with the unit upon move in and the maintenance team responded extremely quickly and had the issues resolved the same day I reported them. Not only that, but they were very kind and even took their shoes off at the door which I really appreciated!So far the neighborhood is very nice - super quiet, most people pick up after their pets, and the amenities are great. Our unit is beautiful - fully renovated with plush carpet and fresh paint, completely new appliances and fixtures, and I believe the price we are paying is not as expensive as other places in Frederick for apartments as updated as ours. They even installed new HVAC!Last but not least - the leasing manager, Kristina, is a total rockstar. we had to wait 2 months to move in due to renovations, and she was extremely professional, communicative, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire process. Her warmth and professionalism is part of the reason we were so excited to move here. The Sunset Apartments are so lucky to have her!”

“Everything has been decent here. They really try to come up with events and such to give people something extra to so. Fairly reasonable and quick to deal with issues.I just had to do a work order for my refrigerator. The technician was very friendly, did his most to be careful of the area and quick to respond to my request. I got a new fridge put in to replace to old one. He did an amazing job, and left the area as good as it was before. I am glad there are people like him working here.”

“We’ve been here one year now and are quite happy with our home. The location is fantastic. It’s close to both highways, it’s not far from downtown Frederick, and the local area is peaceful.The apartments are well made and give us a very spacious home environment, with a small, but comfortable, balcony. It gets a little windy in the stairwells in winter, but that’s not too bad.The grounds are (generally) clean, and the area feels very private despite being up against the main road. It’s nice to take a walk through the neighborhood at any time of day, or night.Honestly it’s the staff that I appreciate most. From the office to the maintenance team, they are all wonderful to engage with. Coming in, they welcomed us, and it made the move easy. Any issue that’s arisen has been responded to quickly and professionally. They are good people and that makes a big difference.”

“If you are looking for Apartment Living then look no further. Century Clearbrook is the place to live. It is quiet, safe and well maintained. I have been so impressed looking at the Maintenance Crew out there in the snow shoveling the sidewalks and clearing the snow. Also, if something in your apartment breaks down, once you report it they are on it to get it fixed for you. The Office Staff is friendly and helpful too. I have been here 2 plus years and I love it. If you choose to move here I am sure that you will like it too.”
