AutoZone W Patrick St in Frederick MD is one of the nation's leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The shop has great friendly staff and extremely helpful employees. The staff have seen the staff carry a battery and install it with one hand, the hood not stay up. The employee Felix stepped up and installed a battery, and the employee Julian is helping with install. The entire staff is super helpful getting a car back on the road. It broke down on the highway. The driveway is clear of snow and ice on a hill, and the location is clear for wiper blades while it is raining. The staff give great friendly service and a great shop for auto parts.

Wanted to say what a great experience I had at Autozone today! Neal was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, made my experience a lot easier and less stressful then I thought it would be. Thanks again Neal you definitely went above and beyond! :)
