The shop has great friendly staff and extremely helpful employees. The staff have seen the staff carry a battery and install it with one hand, the hood not stay up. The employee Felix stepped up and installed a battery, and the employee Julian is helping with install. The entire staff is super helpful getting a car back on the road. It broke down on the highway. The driveway is clear of snow and ice on a hill, and the location is clear for wiper blades while it is raining. The staff give great friendly service and a great shop for auto parts.

Alex and Michael were amazing at handling what should have been an easy battery test and replace but turned into an hour of trouble shooting in the rain due to my shamefully corroded terminal. Appreciate their awesome customer service and attention to detail. Will totally return!
