“I struck a deer in my 2016 Ford Escape. Handled the claim through All State insurance which is in my opinion the best insurance company out there. Dan's Auto Body handled the estimate and repairs. DAB kept me informed during the repair process and did a great job returning my car to pre-accident condition. Like everything in the post Covid economy there were a few delays. “ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2023, Herberth was my hero!! I managed to drive over those concrete blocks at the head of a parking space (just one) and dislodged some clips underneath the car. It then started to make "a racket," and I was worried that the cost would run into the thousands of dollars. But no...pleasant surprise!Herberth, a mechanic, put it up on the lift and fixed my car in less than a half hour. When I asked what the bill would be, he said"no charge." I owe the man a nice tip. Work with him if you get the chance.
