This place is not helpful at all. They won’t print a check for you even though they obviously can. Drove 2 minutes down the road to PNC who did it with no problem. So tired of the lack of customer service. If you’re a bank that can’t print a check, what are you doing?

Of all the times I have come here, only one time was the customer service lacking. All other times, such as today, the staff behind the counter have been kind and quickly worked with me on my request.
