“I drove 1.5 hrs to come to this bank too establishe a business account. Upon arriving the parking lot was well maintained, from the recent snow/ice storm. As I entered the bank I was amazed by the cleanliness of the building, not to mention everything looked new and fancy. I was greeted immediately with great hospitality. As Antonio came from his office to politely introduce himself and welcome me into his office. It was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Chase and this branch particularity. I look forward to working with them and enhancing my relationship with the as my business grows.”
“I have banked with PNC for about 30 years, back before they bought out Fredericktown Bank. I used to bank at the branch on Rosemont Ave and they had great service. Unfortunately PNC sold that branch and it is now a Starbucks :( I have tried several other branches in Frederick and they have had poor service. I finally tried the 9 Monocacy Blvd, Frederick branch. The manager Uzoma Hemuka and the others working there were amazing. They made it a pleasure to visit the bank. Other branches should take lessons from these people. Job well done.”

Even though that branch closed and now use the Buckeystown branch, there has been no change in personal service. Their service has always been exceptional. The staff has always provided excellent customer support for whatever my needs have been. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still receive great service and don’t think I will ever take my business anywhere else. Lori B.”
“Wanted to share my experience today at the PNC Westview location because the customer service my daughters and I received from the assistant branch manager, Justin was outstanding. We came in because Google said they had a coin machine. I inquired with Justin when we came in and they did not, but he greeted us with a smile and said do you have time? I asked my 5 and 8 year old if they wanted to count the change and they smiled and said yes. He then proceeded to grab two coin holders and headed over to the table and chair area with us where we sat and counted my daughter’s change together for over 20 minutes. He then rolled all of the change and gave us cash for it. He couldn’t have been more patient or more kind in that moment. He didn’t have to do that, he could have sent us on our way, but he took the time to help us. The other employees in the branch were also very kind and got involved in little ways. Thank you again for giving us a portion of your day when you did not have to!”

“I went here to get a wire transfer done for a purchase of a house. I was originally in line when I got in but when a gentleman walked back to his desk, I peaked in and asked if he could help me and he gladly told me to have a seat. Doug was super friendly and helpful with any question that I had. He made the processes as smooth as possible and I was in and out within 10 minutes, if that. I greatly appreciated his time and quality of service.”

“Update, this was horrible and we learned a lot. Close all accounts when you have ID theft and go to another bank! M&T started out on wrong foot but Sandra and Alexandra were great and resolved the problem in 2 weeks.
My wife's purse was stolen with her ID at 6am. I was at the bank at 9am closing accounts and putting fraud notices on everything, was assured no money would come out of my NEW or old accounts. Crooks used ID to cash 4,600.00 in bad checks in Baltimore and hour away from CLOSED accounts! M&T is telling me they are not at fault and I need to wait 120 days plus for investigation to make sure it wasn't us- when they have video of the person and a teller who can confirm it wasn't us. Take all of your money out of this bank. I've told everyone I know because M&T never even apologized. Bank manager was happy to open accounts for me and my family, but simply stared at her computer screen and wouldn't help me on the day we needed assistance. They simply don't care.”
“Let me start by comparing banks. I have multiple banks around and they are in general hard to deal with especially on startup. People are trying to steal our money every day and if you were getting fired or fined if you made an error (did not follow co. Policy) you might be strict also.these folks work hard and are nice to do business with in comparing others and I know. Keep up the good work.”
