Drive Through windows are very slow, it's always faster going inside this branch. They now won't look up accounts, so come prepared with your account numbers or they'll force you to use the app to look them up. Very poor and slow service overall.

I went in for help and questions with a current credit card and to open a checking account.. I was told to call the 1-800 number on the back of my card and they would help. He said he would only be holding the phone for me, to do it myself. “Terrible customer service”

Absolutely horrible branch! And doesn't seem like corporate really cares looking at all these 1 star reviews. ATM TAKES MY CARD! I call and manager Terry says he won't give me back my card till 9am. This is a freaking joke right! Who runs this place? And Terry needs a new job because he sucks at customer service!

I have nothing good to say about capitol one at this time, I have never had a problem until now. I went in to withdrawal cash money this past Tuesday, I got my cash, then Wednesday morning there had been another cash withdrawal for the same transaction with a check number in which the bank acknowledged their mistake. I have spoken to representatives at the bank and through the 800 number and no one can explain to me why my money has not been posted back to my account after everyone said check in a couple of hours or give it to the next day and still nothing; on top of this my account is overdrawn because of their mistaken and I keep getting emails saying my account is overdrawn. Nothing about the money the bank took out that made my account be overdrawn...I'm just frustrated!!!!!

I walked in with the intention of opening a checking account and as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with "we are about to close" and they told me to just do it online. Mind you, they were not closing for another 25 minutes, and they really weren't interested or motivated at all to help me open an account as a new customer. Their loss.

I recently stopped by the Capital One branch to resolve an issue with a check I received that I was unable to deposit using the app. To my disappointment, the staff at this branch were completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me or finding a solution, they merely recommended that I call the 800 number.
I fail to understand the purpose of having staff at the branch if they can't provide any real assistance beyond a simple greeting. It was incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed and not have my issue addressed on the spot. Capital One needs to seriously reconsider the role of their branch employees if they want to offer any meaningful customer service.

Yesterday, April 10, I went to deposit at that branch. The cashier, Karla, was very rude and had a bad attitude. I asked her what was happening and she said that she was like that. Horrible experience.

Worse bank ever, got a personal check from my customer went there to cash it out! After 10 minutes, cashier tells me she needs to verify the check with owner of the account! He verified after calling 2 times, than she ask me if a had a account i said no! I gave all my info to them my id other cards from other banks.. and still couldnt cash it out than they wanted my social security!?!? Amazing i dont have on my packet so i wasnt able to do anything after 30min.. very upset i left the check at the desk and told them to keep it!! Since they want to give me the money, i will make sure their customer knows what tyoe of bank they have.. worthless
