I set up an appointment with Chase to help me go through a few things. Adam R. was incredibly helpful and explanatory, and went above and beyond to help me get things figured out. Happy to do business with these guys and gals. Got a hot cup of coffee thrown in as well!

Highly incompetent staff here. Came from another chase bank because I lost a card which was sent to a wrong address and I needed it because I was traveling. These people said "we have no idea how they could have messed up that bad" then proceeded to cancel both my Chase cards and send me new ones 6 business days later and best part charge me $15 each!!! Like I could have had better results by not even showing up here but I took a risk and lost. Suffice to say I am no longer banking with these people anymore. It's one thing to take pride in your work but it's another to completely stumble over your own 2 left feet in the process. Go to any other bank besides these guys.

Wonderful branch Vitoria is an awesome manager, she is absolutely amazing. She is addressing all requests quickly; she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and smart respectful she knows how talk to the customers very polite.

We have never heard of a bank that cannot open accounts without an appointment! After having a fraudulent charge on our account we have been advised to open a new account but they cannot help us today! Maybe it is time to transfer to another bank!

My husband and I drove 8 and a half hours up from Myrtle Beach last night because we’re moving to Frederick in the next few weeks. We went into this Chase branch because we had some very important business we needed to attend to while up here visiting this go around. The lady politely told us that there was no bankers available to assist us today. What do you mean no bankers? You’re a bank.. Now we have to wait 3-4 weeks before we can get done what we needed. It was very important and time sensitive. Do better Chase.
