Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to offer helpful suggestions and ensured I was satisfied with my selections. Amber was equally amazing, assisting with the fitting process and making sure everything was a perfect fit.

Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to Old Navy one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ms. Shahida R. always delivers and does an EXCELLENT work on my hair. If you have short hair, Shahida is your BEST hairstylist in JCP hair salon in Frederick, MD. Shahida’s been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. When she left Ulta to JCP, I did not mind the longer drive because she’s that good and amazing! ? It’s hard to find a hairstylist that is good with short hair. She’s artistic and will give an honest and confident advice what’s best for your hair and overall facial features on both cut and color/highlights.
