EVERY time I stop by to pick up a prescription, they are closed for lunch. Stagger staff lunch breaks and keep the pharmacy open for customers over lunch hours the same as the store. Management needs to figure out something that works.

I have shopped at CVS for a long time but recently they have delivered poor quality service in the pharmacy and the store. They have messed up my prescriptions or some of them go missing in their order system.
My visit in the retail part was not good either where an associate had to pull up his pants because they kept sliding down his waist. It was embarrassing to see his underwear and he really needed a belt. Plus, he was wearing jeans which is unprofessional for CVS. He looked sloppy.

Got my flu & Covid shot today at this CVS today! I made an appointment and I got in right on time at my appointment time! Pam was excellent. Didn’t feel any pain! She is very professional and kind!

This place is a nightmare to deal with. My prescription needs approval from iPledge, which I get and understand. CVS approved them to fill my prescription on May 15th (after not telling me that my doctor was required to do something until I tried to pick it up, and then telling me they had to order it the second time I tried to pick it up). I went to pick it up a third time as was told that now I needed to do something with iPledge. I called the iPledge group and they are the ones that told me CVS approved the prescription to be filling on the 15th. I called CVS back and am now being told that my doctor has to do something. I just had the prescription switched to Walgreens. There has never not been an issue when I had to pick up a prescription at this location. I managed a Rite-Aid for years, and understand how pharmacies operate. This location is well below par.

This store is usually out of stock of basic items especially if on sale. Poor customer service from the rotund person in white coat with neon clown hair, who blew off a customer that needed assistance finding an item. Clown hair couldn't be bothered to stop chatting with another staff member to help a customer. Also have had photos missing from print orders at this location.

Every time I go to this CVS, there is always an issue whether it’s with insurance or medication‘s actually not being ready after you’ve been called and texted. There’s no point in going to the drive-thru because there will always be a problem with insurance and they need you to come in. Today that happened AGAIN and then magically when I left the drive-thru it was ready for pickup. I’m not sure if the training here is just awful or if this place is actually this unorganized. It takes less than 5 mins to re-run insurance, instead of lying and saying there’s an “issue” rerun the insurance and tell the customer to come back around. Also I submitted these refills on the app at least 2-3 weeks ago and it was just now refilled 3 days ago. Ridiculous.
