Worst CVS you could possibly come to. I came in for a free Covid test kit as said online and staff refused to help me stating that I had to place an online order though the website said otherwise.. when I asked how long the order would take I was told to check for myself if the items were in stock. I then placed the order no problem while wandering around the store and then eventually sitting in my car.
If my test is negative I have to go into work at 10am this isn’t staffs fault but I didn’t expect for this to be my morning either.
After getting a notification that my order was received I waited and after some time I call wondering how long it would be as I again have to be at work and the staff member before couldn’t give me any information other than to look for myself then over the phone they proceed to tell me that they don’t have to pack my order right now as they have an hour window to do so but they would.
I’ve been driving around all morning trying to find an open CVS and this one was listed as opening at 7am just to pull up and see an 8am opening sign. So I sit and wait in the parking lot until 8 just to get the worst service imaginable. Definitely won’t be returning back here and I think you should find a different location aswell

Let’s start with I am super nice and patient but I have no tolerance for uslessness. The cashier did not want to help me with a UPS return even with UPS Access point being on the door. Went as far as to say they didn’t offer UPS DROP OFF. I pulled up the website and showered her and she told me no they don’t do that. It’s either lack of training or LAZINESS! Either way here we are at 8:05am with me being disappointed and irritated driving 20 minutes to the next UPS. DO BETTER!

Can’t talk to a pharmacist about the availability of a prescription drug. Must leave voice mail instead of finding out immediately! Very poor service!

The store is okay, I guess.
Pharmacy is ALWAYS busy and slow.
Customer service is a C+ at best.
The drive thru is convenient, but you can expect to wait for 15 minutes some days.

If not for the insurance I was under at the time we would never have left Giant Pharmacy. I’ve later found out that Costco Pharmacy is even better when it comes to pet meds.
Our dog who was suffering from seizures needed a refill. I called it in and their automated system responded it will be ready at 2:00pm that day, although I wouldn’t be able to pick it up till after 6:00pm. Now after 6:00pm when the vet office is close and I showed up is when they decided to tell me that they were unable to refill the prescription. They couldn’t be bothered with calling me one so I could contact my vet for a refill request and two to save me the trip. Since the automated system said 2:00pm they knew since that time that they couldn’t fill it and should have let me know so I could make other arrangements. THEY put my dog’s health at risk because they didn’t want to call and correct their automated system. I guess this place doesn’t think of pets as being part of the family.
Costco texts me with information of why they can’t fill prescriptions and leave a phone number if I want to I talk to a person. Giant gives me a message on their automated system if I’m out of refills and to press “1” to give them permission to contact my care provider. One time Giant had trouble contacting my provider to where an actual person called me to keep me informed. These are two examples of better services and CVS didn’t save us any money. So glade we got away from that insurance that FORCED us to go to CVS

Horrible pharmacy services. Spoke to a woman today for 8 minutes and she then lied to my husband and said I never spoke to her. Didn't get the medication for our child that she desperately needed.

Pharmacy here has seriously gone down hill in 2023, in the past was excellent. Main problem is with Minute Clinic. TERRIBLE! Incompetent, non-professionals are hired to replace incompetent, non-professionals. Could not even take my temperature and BP correctly when I showed up for a sinus infection.

I picked up cards that I ordered online twice at this store. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. They always include the envelopes with the cards which is very thoughtful.

I just switched my medication refills to this pharmacy. The new prescriptions were sent to them on Monday 10/2. I received a text stating they needed to call my doctor for preauthorization. I asked when should I expect both medications. The reply I received from a very very rude lady was "We haven't had that medication for five weeks and we are waiting for your doctor to reply on the preauthorization. Since then my doctor's office called back at noon on Weds. and said they had not been contacted by that pharmacy and suggested having called to another pharmacy. Things immediately got rolling and I am being taken care of by another pharmacy. If for some reason you feel you need to use this pharmacy for convenience think again!!!! It is not worth it, make the trip somewhere else. BTW it is nasty in there. I just read all the reviews. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!!!!!
