To have items locked up and no employees to get them out for customers works against the store. There’s not even a button to call an employee.

Not sure where to start, but let just say after waiting 25 minutes in line for meds for my daughter, it was finally my turn at 8:05. There were two middle eastern ladies at the window who didn’t speak to me, who just finished helping the lady in front of me, another middle-aged lady who was Caucasian, wearing a snow beanie, without a name tag, stepped in and said, “We are closed. It’s after 8 pm.” I replied that it is 8:05 and I had been in line for 25 mins with a sick child and came straight there from urgent care. There are 3 cars behind me. She said, “We all have kids. We are closed. We need to clean up ourselves and get home.” I said, “where is the notification that you were closed.” (Online it looks like they are open until 10 pm.) She said, “Our hours are from 8-8 and no one is going to come out there in 4 degree weather.” I said, “I have a sick child in the car and have waited. I can’t believe you won’t help me.” She said, “There is a Walmart with a pharmacy right behind us, you could go there, but they closed at 7. Did you get off work on time today?” I responded, “No.”She said, “Well, neither are we because it’s after 8 pm.” What good is that information??? I asked her for her name and the other workers who were at the window for my letter to Corporate. She said she wasn’t giving her name nor anyone else’s because of privacy reasons and I said…”No, because of reasons like this” and she replied, “Exactly.” Then, she finally said, “If you really needed your prescription, you should have come inside.” I told her that I was just getting over the flu so she doesn’t want me inside. She replied, “I just had it too 3 weeks ago, it doesn’t matter, we all have it.” I stated that I wanted her name again and she said if I really needed my medication tonight, maybe I should go to Jefferson Street. Why didn’t she just start with that information!!!!???? So, they are clearly unprofessional and trained to provide rude customer service. Zero STARS to the CVS “KAREN” worker! - Since she didn’t have a name.
BY THE WAY… Jefferson Road CVS got my prescription to me within 15 mins. No problems and with a smile! Mohammed even had a name tag on. Imagine that!!!! Excellent customer service that hopefully Libertyroad will take a lesson from… I am heading home with meds at 8:50 pm thanks to CVS on Jefferson Road!!!!

If I could give this location a half star I would. They never had the inventory their employees at the pharmacy are always breaking HIPPA and please don't wait in line at the pharmacy window and get caught up in the lunch time zone @1:30 you will get the window closed.

We went to CVS to shop for Aetna OTC items. We were careful to select only the items which were listed in the CVS / Aetna-provided OTC catalog, but was told by the cashier that most of the items were not eligible. Clearly there is a disconnect.Furthermore, for one of the items, we specifically asked if we could return it if we changed our mind, and was told YES, but the next day, we returned and were told that we had been told in error. We were treated very rudely, and the employees made no attempt to take responsibility for their mistakes.Avoid at all costs.

The pharmacy staff here is always polite and go out of their way to help. They are on their feet all day, yet are always pleasant even when dealing with troublesome customers. I am so pleased they are our neighborhood pharmacy.

I have been loyal to this CVS for over 20 years but for the last two years I have put up with mistakes and disrespect and general "who cares" attitudes from some (not all) employees. Went to pick up prescription two months ago and was told not enough employees so go get it filled at another location (I did- Walkersville- thank you!). Stopped on lunch hour last week - pharmacy closed for lunch. Stopped that night- pharmacy closed early. Stopped today- drive thru closed. I quit!

I applaud CVS at managing to track down the most ill informed, intellectually challenged people they possibly could to run their pharmacy. I have had to fight tooth and nail several times to receive a prescription that was confirmed and validated by both the doctors office and insurance. They have claimed several times that I am not eligible for medications that I know for a fact I am, and seem to have no idea where my medications are or will be. It is extremely impressive that this pharmacy continues to operate with a total of 3 brain cells between the employees.

This CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have just had the worst experience the most appalling customer service. They messed up my prescription made me wait. This CVS is completely unorganized and needs to be under new management ASAP.

Hate this pharmacy and am going to switch to another. Screwed up an order and Ive been on the phone on hold for almost an hour. No one answers. They've also told me a prescription was ready when it wasn't
