CVS HealthHUB is a neighborhood pharmacy with polite and pleasant staff who go out of their way to help, even when dealing with troublesome customers. The manager is excellent, responsive, and empathetic. Staff are very respectful and accommodating, offering encouragement and positive answers. They are knowledgeable and show concern. While a scheduling issue for a DOT physical occurred, the staff apologized and promptly rescheduled the appointment. Customers are impressed and pleased with the service.
I have said Chad deserves extra pay and words of encouragement.He showed going beyond worker.

On every visit to the Walkersville CvS, I feel welcome. The associates do welcome my mother and I when we enter the store, it feels like they already know us every time. Not one but all offer their assistance. It seems that employee do enjoy their job!!!!

This cvs has taken care of my rx’s for years now. Despite it being a particularly busy pharmacy it amazes me how they seem to get it done as promised and if for some reason they can’t, they will inform you and explain why. The pharmacist are caring and proficient. The store employees have always been helpful & kind.
