We went to CVS to shop for Aetna OTC items. We were careful to select only the items which were listed in the CVS / Aetna-provided OTC catalog, but was told by the cashier that most of the items were not eligible. Clearly there is a disconnect.Furthermore, for one of the items, we specifically asked if we could return it if we changed our mind, and was told YES, but the next day, we returned and were told that we had been told in error.We were treated very rudely, and the employees made no attempt to take responsibility for their mistakes.Avoid at all costs.

The pharmacy staff here is always polite and go out of their way to help. They are on their feet all day, yet are always pleasant even when dealing with troublesome customers. I am so pleased they are our neighborhood pharmacy.

I have been loyal to this CVS for over 20 years but for the last two years I have put up with mistakes and disrespect and general "who cares" attitudes from some (not all) employees. Went to pick up prescription two months ago and was told not enough employees so go get it filled at another location (I did- Walkersville- thank you!). Stopped on lunch hour last week - pharmacy closed for lunch. Stopped that night- pharmacy closed early. Stopped today- drive thru closed. I quit!

I applaud CVS at managing to track down the most ill informed, intellectually challenged people they possibly could to run their pharmacy. I have had to fight tooth and nail several times to receive a prescription that was confirmed and validated by both the doctors office and insurance. They have claimed several times that I am not eligible for medications that I know for a fact I am, and seem to have no idea where my medications are or will be. It is extremely impressive that this pharmacy continues to operate with a total of 3 brain cells between the employees.

I call for me medication and this woman seas not not professional she even screamed at me I was about to ask something if I were the manager I would definitely fire her becuase she was so rude and she even hang up on me please I’m a customer don’t ever do that to a customer

This CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have just had the worst experience the most appalling customer service. They messed up my prescription made me wait. This CVS is completely unorganized and needs to be under new management ASAP.

Hate this pharmacy and am going to switch to another. Screwed up an order and Ive been on the phone on hold for almost an hour. No one answers. They've also told me a prescription was ready when it wasn't

I've called numerous times and been on hold waiting to speak with someone for over 30 minutes. They never answer. Ever. Go to Walgreens who aren't understaffed and actually pick up

Let me just start by saying that CVS's everywhere are just horrible to begin with so the 2 stars I gave are not for the CVS staff but for the minute clinic staff. They are some of the nicest people every time I go. Very friendly and nice. Unlike the pharmacy and some of the staff. They're usually rude and very unpleasant.

This Pharmacy is horrible. The drive through is always closed for one reason or another, so you have to go in, and stand in a long line. Then they are closed for the Pharmasist to go to lunch, I get that, but why can't they stagger the lunches so there is always someone there? They put me on auto refill on certain meds without asking, and others I run out of and they say it's too soon to refill. I can't wait to go to another pharmacy.

And then this CVS went off and hired new Pharmacist's who are impossible to deal with and make getting a prescription filled as painful as a wisdom tooth extraction.So removing 5 Star review. Back to Walmart.Prior review :I have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with this CVS Pharmacy. I started getting my prescriptions filled at this CVS after a god awful experience dealing with Walgreens when I moved to MD from NY. This CVS has been nothing but absolutely helpful throughout the past year getting my prescriptions filled and mailed to me... In January I switched all my prescriptions over to Walgreens since my insurance, unbeknownst to me, changed my coverage where Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy. I literally spent a month trying to get Walgreens to fill and deliver my prescriptions but they are too inept to accomplish that basic task...fill a prescription, so I switched back to this CVS and the Pharmacist and CS clerks I've dealt with are as helpful now as they were before. 5 Stars *****

Just 1 sheet paper to print it , they don’t have a printer for to do it , I should to drive 3 miles away to print it , this is very bad service I never seen before

Was scheduled for a DOT physical that I set up online and when I showed up, the certified DOT physician wasn't there that day!?! The staff there apologized and rescheduled an appointment the same day for me at another location. Were very respectful and accommodating!I never had a problem like this occur there so possibly calling before your appointment would behoove you to not waste your time and gas money going there for nothing.

Manager is excellent and was very responsive and empathetic to customer questions about infant formula inventory and other questions.
