Leium (sorry is spelling is incorrect) was super helpful and KIND! He explained to me precisely and clearly of what I needed to do to fix my ordering issue on Christmas Eve morning. He was also very busy but made sure my needs were totally met. He is an asset to anyone he works for. 12 out of 10!
