Had to pick up some baseball gear for the kids here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got everything in one stop. Highly recommended.

As soon as we came in the wonderful employee Carter helped us immediately! We needed soccer cleats and she got us in and out in 5 mins. Best experience we had at this establishment! Thank you Carter! You’re the best!

I recently visited FSK Mall Dick's Sporting Goods in search of Maryland gear, and while my experience was generally positive, there were a few notable aspects to share.
Upon entering, the store was well-organized and the staff warmly greeted me. I immediately headed towards the apparel section, excited to find something that would showcase my Maryland pride. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the limited selection available. While they did have a few standard items like t-shirts and caps a few sweatshirts, But they were extremely limited in size and selection, especially for hoodies, jerseys, or even Maryland-themed accessories.
Despite this, the quality of the items they did carry was decent and I managed to find Maryland shirt that I liked. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, checking in to see if I needed any help.
The check-out process was smooth, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere of the store. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. If the selection of Maryland gear had been more extensive, I would have easily given this experience a five-star rating. Nevertheless, while Ill definitely be back for other needs, I'll certainly look for other options for and Maryland branded apparel. Why would a sporting goods store in the heart of Terrapin country have such a limited maybe 20x20 section in the back of their store like it was can afterthought. I'm sure many Terps fans shop there every day.

I was visiting from out of town. I like the store in general. It was relatively much smaller than the one I had seen. It was black Friday and I could not find a deal that I could call a bargain. I generally enjoyed and bought some items to buy in regular price. The staff were nice and kind.

They no longer sell hunting equipment... I will not go back. Luckily Academy Sports is opening up in Hagerstown early next year

Dick's Sporting Goods has a better selection of Nike gear than the Nike Outlet stores. 11.2024 I still feel the same way about Nike Gear. Especially youth styles.

Zero. I will not shop there again. I ordered shoes, was sent the wrong sizes and colors. I go to the store to exchange and they won't exchange them.

Ordered a pair of cleats for my son, they canceled the order saying they didn't have them. I ordered them again for delivery, was told they would be here Saturday in time for his game Sunday. Then on Saturday I get a message saying they won't be here until Tuesday. Then customer service tells me Saturday was just an estimated time, but I told them I needed them by Saturday and they assured me they would be here.

I can't say enough about how great Steve in the shoe department is. Today my 12 year old daughter and I had a great experience. Steve is a retired track coach and gave excellent shoe advice. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Always frustrated when I attempt to buy cleats here. Selection poor, and if they have a good cleat, it’s sold out in size 10.
Turfs? Fogetaboutit and drive to another location!
