“Yesterday I shared a review because I was not happy with the flower arrangement that I received. Will called me because he wanted to understand why I was dissatisfied. What I learned in this was that ordering flowers online based on the picture is not good for me. In the past I have always called and explained exactly what I wanted and they nailed it. The fact that he went out of his way to try to make this right just proves that they offer excellent service. I would honestly recommend this florist to anyone. But I would recommend if there’s something special that you’re aiming for to call and talk to them.”
