Worst customer service experience ever. I had a very specific tax issue .I was reassured by three separate people i would have assistance available in this matter. Other then my single issue, I am a straight line w2. They could not help me with my issue and still wanted to charge me 350 dollars to come pick up and mail the return myself, with no solution for my actual issue, the only reason I was paying anyone.

Maggie Johnson is the reason I love H&R Block. She's been doing my taxes for years. She is friendly, hard-working, & understanding. She does my taxes quickly & efficiently. I count on her.

Terribly rude. I don't even know the name of the person I spoke to on the phone. I filed online and instead of the refund I was supposed to get, I got a letter from the IRS. I tried to ask a question about the letter and the person just repeatedly said she couldn't access my info because I filed online and HUNG UP ON ME. She would not even hear my question, which didn't require accessing my information at all. Lesson learned. I'd never go there for help with anything.

Horrible experience with Fauzia. We couldn't file our 2022 taxes until 2023 because she kept disappearing, not answering our calls or emails. She submitted our taxes online and it didn't go through but she didn't notice and didn't bother telling us. We later received an email from IRS asking us to submit our taxes. Very unprofessional! We don't even have our 2022 returns on the website now because she didn't upload it. We go with H&R Block every year and it's been always a great experience until we worked with Fauzia!

Did a good job but was way too expensive. If you can do it online yourself or go elsewhere. If I knew they were going to charge as much as they did, I would have not gone through with them and done it online myself or looked elsewhere. Not to mention their location is a hassle to get to and not sure if their new location will be easier for clients to get to. I won't be going again next year. The most I have ever paid to get my taxes done. Also I have to be the one to call to check on the status of my amended tax, not the other way around.

New location is beautiful! They are at Sharpe Square business & residential building, located in Suite 2 on the side of the building facing Motter Ave, across from all the lovely old houses. Staff was wonderful, & quickly answered questions I had about a dreaded IRS letter.

Vanessa Campbell has an email addres that is impossible to reach, I send her an e-mail but the system respond that e-mail address is not working, also Carla Keister another lady that work there say I will receive $146.00 State refund but I never seen that refund going into my bank account, other issue is that lady never explain to me how to get tax file extension to pay $3,700.00 to the IRS, sorry but you loose an client, for the next file tax seasonI will go with another tax prepare professional., Personally I would not recommend H&R Block to no one person as tax prepare.
