Came in today to exchange 2 pairs of shoes I had ordered online. They were a bit too snug and I needed a half size larger. Both the young lady and the gentleman who were there today were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the exchange so quick and easy. Thank you guys for your help!

I stopped by , I was stuck trying to find uggs and Kenzie was able to find exactly what I was looking for . She asked if the person I was getting them for had uggs if not she recommended treating them ..got me the right kit and gave me multiple options if I wanted to save money . She is a excellent at customer service

Nice store, great staff. Levi did an awesome job helping me find options in my price range and walking me through the ship-to-store process. Wish they had a larger selection of sizes but still a great shopping experience
