My initial Pilates class with Kara was fantastic. Her patience, knowledge, and positive demeanor made it an exceptional introduction to the practice. Kara's clear instructions and encouragement created a comfortable environment, especially for beginners. The class was well-paced, balancing challenge and recovery. I left feeling energized and motivated, eager to continue my Pilates journey. Highly recommend!

Fantastic instructors, classes of 5 people or less for individualized attention, state-of-the-art equipment and the perfect way to get in shape by building a strong core and exercising ALL of your muscles and getting into great shape in the process. Key Pilates really does care about all of its members becoming strong and healthy.

Just had my first 1v1 lesson with Lauren and I really enjoyed it! As a 100% beginner to anything pilates related she did a great job of walking me through all the basics and helped made sure I also understood everything we were doing and how it would help my body. The studio is also very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m looking forward to my next lesson and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! :)

I initially requested to tour the studio to learn more about their practice prior to purchasing the 4-pack 1v1 intro sessions. As soon as I entered the studio, I was greeted with a smile and introduced to members of the staff. Following the tour, I felt like their studio and practice perfectly aligned with the goals I wanted to achieve and I purchased the intro sessions the same day!I recently finished my intro sessions with Lauren and I am amazed! Lauren did a phenomenal job educating me on the different movements and progressing me, as tolerated. As a physical therapist, I am very aware of how certain movements should be taught, and I am extremely impressed with the level of safety and anatomical knowledge that the instructors here possess. I am eager to begin small group sessions and to continue my Pilates practice :)

I took my first intro class with Kylee and it was fantastic! 've never done pilates before and Kylee helped me fnd good form, gave great cues for adjusting my body positioning, and was just fun to work with for the hour.

Everything about this place is great. Kylee was wonderful to work with during our private sessions to get me ready for group classes. Everyone’s friendly, welcoming atmosphere and it’s very clean. They also made me feel very comfortable from day one of being there which has helped make me look forward to coming back unlike other places I’ve gone to. I highly recommend giving Key Pilates a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve just experienced my third session at Key Pilates and WOW! Outstanding instruction has prepared me to start group classes soon. I’m already feeling taller, stronger, and aware of my body’s position. Run, don’t walk to Key Pilates. They are professional, kind, and conscientious. Having conscientious instruction is a must for me. I highly recommend this group.

When I initially walked into the studio, I immediately fell in love! The instructors, ambiance and décor are amazing. After listening to Lauren explain how they do Pilates, I knew it was the type of studio I wanted to restart my fitness at! I initially did the intro package which has been truly beneficial as I have learned so much about my posture that when I started to implement them daily I could already feel the difference in my back! I can't wait to continue growing as I join the group classes!! =D

WOW!! I am so impressed by the Key Pilates studio, staff, and fellow pilate fiends! Everyone is kind, friendly, and so very welcoming. It has been such a positive journey getting into pilates and training my body to be better!I was a newcomer to Pilates and Lauren did such a fantastic job introducing herself, pilates, and her studio's philosophy. After 10 sessions, I can feel such a difference in how I hold myself, weight train, and how I exercise. One of the greatest benefits is the loss of chronic pain and loosening up tight muscles from sitting all day. It's been so rewarding!I highly recommend trying this studio. Lauren is a great instructor and has such wonderful people in her studio!

Key Pilates is becoming a sanctuary for me—a place of healing and joy. I'd never tried Pilates before, and after my first session with Kylee, I left the studio beaming and with a sense of relief. Kylee's expertise, patience, and positive energy have been invaluable, and I am grateful for everything I'm learning from her.Chronic lower back pain that had plagued me for months disappeared after a few sessions, it's tremendous that these movements were able to do this for me. Beyond physical benefits, I've experienced increased gratitude and positivity. Each session leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I have been coming to Key Pilates for about 6 months, and can confidently say it’s made a huge impact on my mental and physical health. I originally came because I was desperate to fix chronic hip pain from extremely tight hips and hamstrings. My daily aches and pains are rare now, but I hadn’t expected to get so much stronger overall. I didn’t really understand what pilates was… yes, you stretch, but you will also be getting in a TOUGH workout. Lauren & Kylee are both great instructors, and everyone who attends classes are so nice. Come try it out!

I have never felt stronger in my life. The attention to detail, beautiful patience and inner fire Lauren brings to each class is second to none. Key Pilates has been a game changer for my body. Don’t expect a new body overnight. Each class you’ll see progress, but it takes consistency to see change. However, you will love the process!
