There are other reviews that describe the issue with the staff at this Loft location. So it’s not just me who felt that way. Today 11. 17, I visited again to exchange and today’s staff were nice. Guess it depends on the day.

I would like to acknowledge Linda for her exceptional customer service, during my visit at the store last week. I came in to do a return for my mom and although I had a flight to catch Linda was not only fast, but she was knowledgeable. Thank you so much Linda for your great customer service. Bless you!
