While I enjoy shopping Loft clothing, the staff at this location are not friendly or helpful. I always feel like I’m an inconvenience when I visit this branch. Most recently, I was shopping with my infant in a stroller. The large, family fitting room was locked. I asked a staff member if she could unlock it for me. She informed me that their fitting rooms don’t lock (which is a separate concern if you’re trying on clothes). After she confirmed it was indeed locked, she said she didn’t know how it got locked and she didn’t have the key for it. I said I would figure something out and took the stroller in a regular fitting room where I couldn’t see anything I was trying on because the stroller blocked the mirror.
I understand that these things happen, but it really didn’t feel like the sales rep was willing or trying to help. Every time I’ve interacted with sales reps at this location it’s been a similar experience. It feels like they’re annoyed or inconvenienced by questions or interaction.

Went shopping before Black Friday and so many items were on a good sale. Of course bought some sweaters. Customer service was awesome. Friendly staff!

Just no. The rudest experience. This old saleslady in a denim jacket was beyond rude and unprofessional and refused to put her mask over her face. The clothes are poorly made but the experience w sales staff was just gross to me. Everytime I looked up she was STARING at me so not sure if she thought i was gonna steal something orrrr??? if shes just a rude person?? but if you want a comfortable shopping experience dont come here.

Make the drive to leesburg outlets or clarksburg outlets, to avoid the staff that dislike their job here, apparent by their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I was on vacation in Kentucky and I bought a few items, and they wouldn’t let me try the items on because of the virus and they said that I can return it within 30 days. None of it fit. I went back to my home town in Maryland and they wouldn’t let me return it. The tags were still on it and I had the receipt and they still said no. This is why I’m not shopping at this store again.

They had nothing in my size and one of the ladies that worked there kept watching and following my friend and I while we were shopping. We felt very uncomfortable. The ladies that were at the dressing room and at the register were very nice and polite though.

The cashier and the lady working the dressing room today were amazing, but the older woman with short brown hair made me uncomfortable. She watched me the whole time and followed my friend and I around while we were looking for clothing. I shop here alot and have a loft Credit Card because I like to shop here but not anymore.

Went in at 10 minutes of 6 didn’t realize they were closing early. They turned off music at 6 and gave me a look to get out. Was ready to buy things for vacation but just left. Not good customer service and closing at 6? How are working women suppose to get in there and done by 6 to shop?

I can get decent work outfits at LOFT. But LOFT in Frederick, MD has terrible customer service; people working there don't seem to know they their job is to help customers in friendly manner, and that customers are reason for them having a job..

The woman working here is the rudest and most inappropriate salesperson. I’m from out of town and I would suggest spending your money elsewhere or online if there is something from Loft you truly want to purchase. The stores district and regional managers need to come with a broom and clean house here—-I see I’m not alone in this shopping experience based on other reviews.
