“I made an appointment a few days in advance online. I showed up about 5 minutes early, checked in and was called back in a timely manner. Phlebotomist was kind and professional. I was in and out easily with zero issues. It is highly encouraged to make appointments over walking in and I think that’s the way to go!”

“Sheyla D the frederick community comment for phlebotomy was the BEST. I usually get bruising. Show didn't give me one and it's been over an hour since I had my blood drawn. People need to remember to be caring and not just rely on muscle memory on how to draw blood. Learn from her! Today is her last day. She needs to stay on while she is going to college!!! I come here often and other patients would really benefit from her being employed here. Good luck in college, you will do well in the field you are going for cause you care about detail!

“I thought coming on a saturday would be awful, but after checking in at the kiosk (bring your ID and insurance card!) the reception staff were so, so helpful!! I saw them continuously going above and beyond to help everyone, including one receptionist calling a customer service line for someone waiting cause there was an issue, when she very easily could have said “I don’t know why it was rejected, you should call.” Even the phlebotomist was such an angel sweetie pie, and I barely even felt when she put the needle in! Definitely would recommend this weekend crew.”
