Quest in Frederick off Thomas Johnson Drive was fantastic. Very easy to schedule appointment and check in. I had a tag team of technicians (Ian & LaShawn) who couldn’t have been any more friendly or professional. Very much appreciated getting assigned to those too. :)

I was a walk-in. When I checked in, it said I may have to wait 30 to 60 minutes. I was fine with that, but I was treated within 10. The phlebotomist that took care of me was very nice and efficient. She accessed the vein with the very first poke (which is unusual because quite often they have much difficulty).
