I recently brought my son’s PlayStation in for service. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. Especially Josh and Todd. Todd walked me through what needed to be done which I really appreciated. If you want great, Customer Service, this is the place to go.

Some of the female employees will try and up the price on the phones. Then what their selling for?? Like it was done for me, which caused me to go to different store. Call Metro Pcs customer service to see about any promotions before you go. To see if you qualify for a upgrade??
