Some of the female employees will try and up the price on the phones. Then what their selling for?? Like it was done for me, which caused me to go to different store. Call Metro Pcs customer service to see about any promotions before you go. To see if you qualify for a upgrade??

The terrible attention on the part of the people, I called to add another number to my account and ask some questions before adding and the rude people made me a loud sound, eh, uncomfortable, I still don't understand why these people are looking for work if they don't have the attention that the customer deserves
