“I came in looking to get a new phone for my wife and was helped by a gentlemen named Cacey he stayed late for us just to walk me through all the options I had and help me cancel a plan on a watch I haven’t used in years would highly recommend this location and talking to Cacey! We used to go to the mt airy location and they were never even close to as helpful as Cacey at this location!”

“Absolute professionals!! All of them. I had someone else try to fix my phone somewhere else, and they damaged the inside. Took it to these guys (Dr. Phone) and they fixed my phone battery, cleaned the inside, and even pointed out the mistakes made by the other person. I would’ve never known my phone had internal damage if it wasn’t for these guys.”

Three different ups stores demanded $3 just to print the label + $1.00 for shipping tape
On a whim, I was driving an hour ago to a 4th ups store. In front I saw a t mobile store and thought maybe they could help
I was welcome by the best best & friendliest & competent t mobile employeemanager i have ever met, Dylan J.
He printed the label & packaged my device perfectly
Now I can drop it off at the UPS..that will be my last visit to any ups store for the remainder of my life
Give this t mobile a shot..lines not long..staff quite competent & old school friendly.
One day Dylan might be the Ceo of t mobile if he wants the aggravation

“My husband and I are two retirees that came into the AT&T Store with questions regarding upgrading our older iPhone's. Our wait time was minimal before Daryl came over and we began our discussions. He was very patient and thorough in understanding our issues and in explaining the choices we would have. He then presented the best option in IPhone’s and accessories that fit our needs. He was very technically competent on the products and his people skills were exceptional. We look forward to returning to the store after our new phones arrive to complete the final setup with Daryl.”

“The people are nice and helpful but I wasn't prepared for the rip-off. After selecting a single screen protector for my android phone, unprompted, the gentleman yelled to the lady serving me to charge $15.00. Previously, a 3-pack in another store cost me $7 but I forgot to bring them. I was starting a road trip and needed it quickly. I guess I paid for the convenience of not searching elsewhere. My suggestion is to consider other stores or buy online for this type of product.”

“When I first arrive I was nervous that I would be waiting a long time before being assisted. I waited about 5-10 minutes.
I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who assisted me! I shared how fed up I was with my previous carrier. She was patient, kind and empathetic. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all without a problem. I opened a new line, new phone & no trade and I was in and out within an HOUR! After what I have been going through with my previous carrier, this experience was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Excellent customer service for sure.”
“Henry did a great job helping me upgrade my phone and Marvin helped address some concerns i had with my account. Their customer service was excellent. A couple other associates also helped assist with my issue and i overall left feeling great with the results.”
