“This AT&T is the absolute best. I've had a phone issue for the past week and a half. my phone kept on saying I was not registering the network, I called Samsung technical support twice, I called AT&T technical support twice, and I went to 2 different AT&T local stores in Hagerstown and none of these people could fix my phone. I came to this AT&T in Frederick Brian this young man has patience he took his time and within 15 minutes he did what all these people cannot do in the last week and a half. They tried to get me to buy a new phone which was not the issue so Brian thank you I truly appreciate you.”

“After going to the awful Worman's mill branch and gotten ignored, I called the Buckeystown location to see if they could help me. I spoke with Joshua and he was very pleasant on the phone. Was able to get there half an hour prior to store closing and I was greeted and helped really quickly. Thank you, Joshua! I definitely would recommend this Tmobile store!”

“I had an awesome experience with this store, highly recommend! I called ahead of time to check what I needed to come in with to change my entire family of 5 to a family Go5G plan and Dante was extremely helpful over the phone, he let me know the numbers and things I needed to port the numbers over from another phone provider and he let me know he would take care of our situation whenever we went in person. Once at the store, he took care of EVERYTHING, ported our numbers from the other provider so quickly and seamlessly, he also worked with us to maximize the deals we could get for new lines and new phones and we're super grateful! He was so patient with us because we had to take care of a lot of things, and was so helpful and kept us informed of every step in the process. My entire family now has such great service with T-mobile and they love their new phones! Very grateful for his help, so I highly recommend this location and Dante if you need to do anything with phone plans or new phones!”
“In November Kody helped me for a good part of the day to help me set up my business account, upgrade my phone, transfer all my data, set up my accessories for my phone, and answer all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions). He was very kind and went into great detail on certain topics such as the difference in consumer and business accounts, the pros and cons of both and all my options, things like that etc. I very well at the end of the day came out knowing way more than when I arrived at Verizon.On December 30, I needed more questions answered regarding my account. I went directly to Kody and again was very patient and knowledgeable regarding all the questions I asked. He made sure I was taken care of and all my concerns were at ease before leaving.”
“The people are nice and helpful but I wasn't prepared for the rip-off. After selecting a single screen protector for my android phone, unprompted, the gentleman yelled to the lady serving me to charge $15.00. Previously, a 3-pack in another store cost me $7 but I forgot to bring them. I was starting a road trip and needed it quickly. I guess I paid for the convenience of not searching elsewhere. My suggestion is to consider other stores or buy online for this type of product.”
“I visited this particular phone store for help with a broken phone. Ms. Day/Diona was very professional, kind, and caring. She ensured all questions were answered and helped me with selecting a phone to replace the old phone. Her smile and kind personality really helped me, since I had had a difficult week. She truly exhibits true customer service skills, while also having a very professional demeanor in her store. She definitely needs a pay raise.”

“I love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!.Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room.They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.”

“This is absolutely the best repair shop in the area!I thought I would probably need to buy a new phone after one of the microphones in my Samsung Galaxy malfunctioned and wouldn't work anymore making half the functions on my phone useless.John diagnosed the problem and was able to fully restore the function of the second microphone. Turned out the microphone was just clogged up and needed a good cleaning!....Oh and since my phone was already opened up I asked John to pop in a new battery as well!Thank you John for always providing an amazingly honest and professional repair service!”
