“This store is the most helpful store in this city. I had a very difficult time canceling a line on my account at the corporate store. They said they had done it but I got another bill and it had not been done. The girl kindly helped me, talked to customer service and relieved my stress. She also helped me make my own account under my name. Thank God I found this store.”

“Absolute professionals!! All of them. I had someone else try to fix my phone somewhere else, and they damaged the inside. Took it to these guys (Dr. Phone) and they fixed my phone battery, cleaned the inside, and even pointed out the mistakes made by the other person. I would’ve never known my phone had internal damage if it wasn’t for these guys.”

“I went into T-Mobile in Wormans Mill today to have a strange microphone icon taken off my screen. My family, friends, and TMobile folks never saw it before but they were determined to get it fixed for me. They would not settle until they figured out what it was! Dolce and Jesus solved it and fixed it for me and were extremely competent and kind!! I’m going there when I need a new phone.”

There were several technical issues with my order that he was determined to help solve, and ultimately enabled me to get a new phone and my service to transferred to Verizon much sooner than anticipated.”

“Had a great experience with a very helpful staff member Olly. I have been in the store on two separate occasions and she has always been the most helpful and friendly person in the building. I feel the location is understaffed but being the only corporate location in Frederick County makes it a popular location to get things taken care of. She went above and beyond to hear my issue and helped get it resolved. Longer than I wanted it to take but no fault of the overworked staff in this location.”
“The people are nice and helpful but I wasn't prepared for the rip-off. After selecting a single screen protector for my android phone, unprompted, the gentleman yelled to the lady serving me to charge $15.00. Previously, a 3-pack in another store cost me $7 but I forgot to bring them. I was starting a road trip and needed it quickly. I guess I paid for the convenience of not searching elsewhere. My suggestion is to consider other stores or buy online for this type of product.”

“When I first arrive I was nervous that I would be waiting a long time before being assisted. I waited about 5-10 minutes.
I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who assisted me! I shared how fed up I was with my previous carrier. She was patient, kind and empathetic. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all without a problem. I opened a new line, new phone & no trade and I was in and out within an HOUR! After what I have been going through with my previous carrier, this experience was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Excellent customer service for sure.”
“I was just in to the thurmont store and had to get a new phone. Bishme helped me and was very knowledgeable. What's my account over and saw I was paying for extra data because I was going over and didn't realize it. He hooked me up with another plan that would save me money and make sure that did not happen. Then he helped me with getting a new phone and meeting the needs that I would have. Very personable and patient answering all of my questions.”
